I'm Dune, a white, transgender artist and game dev. I work primarily in the realm of character art + designs and TTRPGs.I also write and post stories online and in private in my spare time.

I use vi/it pronouns and identify as plantgender, or otherwise trans masculine, under the nonbinary umbrella.   • Complex/Cluttered Designs (If you have a simplification, or give me free reign to simplify, then ignore this)

Generalized

  • You are not permitted to repost my art under any circumstances, especially uncredited.

  • You are not permitted to edit my content unless given explicit permission from me.

  • You are not permitted to resell my digital works (minus designs).

  • You may use my works for inspiration, references, studies, or practice. If you publically post any of the resulting works, credit and/or tag me. You may not post anything you traced from my work or recolor my pieces without my permission.

  • You may only use my works in compilations, videos, thumbnails, etc. if you explicitly asked me (and I give a "yes") and leave credits/links directing people to my pages.

Commissions

  • You cannot sell individual pieces of my work (minus designs), especially as digital or physical merch, unless previously discussed.

  • You cannot repost the unwatermarked piece I provide you, but you may post the watermarked version with a link back to my social media.

  • You cannot use any piece you commission from me for hateful messages, especially when directed towards minorities.

  • Only the person intended to receive the commissioned piece is allowed to use the work made for them. Do not use commissioned pieces as references for your own projects or characters unless explicitly given permission by the commissioner.

Adopts

  • Whoever purchases the design is the owner of the design.

  • Designs may be resold, but cannot be more expensive than the price at the initial sale UNLESS it is bein sold alongside other art pieces. Trading is permitted.

  • Designs can be used for personal and monetary gain. If you commission a design specifically for use in a project, such as a game, I expect either a contract or a 10-25% bonus on top of the initial fee.

Bases

  • Bases can only be used for personal use.

  • Unless otherwise stated, bases cannot be used for adoptables, merch, etc.

  • If a base is used and the resulting art is posted, mention me in the post or otherwise link back to my store or social media.

  • You may edit bases in any way you want, so long as they are not used for hateful/harmful content and are not resold.

Commission Process

  • You contact me via email, Discord DMs, Ko-Fi DMs OR you directly commission and pay me when there is an open slot.

  • After confirming desired expressions/poses/etc and receiving any extra information, I begin sketching the first pass of the piece.

  • I show you the first pass sketches for your opinion. Confirm a sketch is to your tastes or request other drafts.

  • I show you the second pass of the sketch. Confirm the sketch is to your tastes or ask for changes.

  • I show you the lineart/in-progress image. Confirm this is to your tastes or ask for changes. After this point you cannot ask for a refund.

  • I send you a watermarked version of the finished piece for confirmation. This is your last chance to ask for changes.

  • I send you an unwatermarked and watermarked version of the final piece - at this point the commission is done.

Neko Atsume Edits

I may make edits of Neko Atsume sprites based on two sheets I compiled for my own use. I did not make the sprites in the sheet itself - I found exported sprites and made them transparent for my own use.You can use the sprites I make in whatever way you like that doesn't go against my T.O.S. - you can have these as icons, use them as emojis or stickers, and can have them in mood/stim boards, banners, or otherwise.
Request edits by sending an ask or submission.

Good to Go

  • Pride flag cats; this includes microlabels. No more than 2 flags per cat.

  • Anything for fandoms I'm in; currently into Twisted Wonderland, Warriors, and Cattails.

  • Cats based on mood/stim boards, palettes, aesthetics, or three emoji prompts.

  • Your OCs. Please submit a reference with these requests.

  • Odd/Off-Model edits; this would be multiple/no tails, fur tufts, accessories, scars, and body horror.

Avoid Requesting

  • Anything that goes against my T.O.S.

  • Edits based on real people.

  • Animations; I do not have the skills needed, even if all I'd be doing is coloring.

  • Rare Cat sprites; I do not have bases for these, and I would likely need to do completely custom stuff.

  • Non-cats; I don't have the skills needed to make completely custom sprites in Neko Atsume's style yet.
