| TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By commissioning me means you agree to the following Terms and Conditions and understand that
you are receiving Digital Goods (Non-Physical) and Services.I. GENERAL● All artworks are for PERSONAL use only.
● Therefore, Mass reproduction ( Prints, Stickers, T-shirt, NFT etc.) of commissioned piece for profit is not allowed.
● Clients are not allowed to feed ALL art into an A.I. Generator
● Editing and/or removing my signature is strictly prohibited.
● I reserve the right to refuse commission offers.
● I reserve the right to cancel commissions at any reason.
● I may post the artwork to any of my social media unless client wishes the art to be private.
● Client may request revisions up to 5 times during the sketch phase.
● Client may also request 2 minor revisions on finished artwork (color alteration and/or adjustments).


II. PAYMENT● All payments are in USD.
● Commissions are paid through PAYPAL only.
● Clients may pay upfront only when they are officially in the slot
● Payments are done via Paypal Invoice.


III. REFUNDS & CANCELLATION● Clients are not allowed to cancel or request refund once I have made progress with the commissions.
● Refunds are not allowed once commissioned art is complete under any given situation.
● Should there be a time where I no longer wish to continue the art, you will be issued a full refund immediately.
● Refunds will be done manually and will send you the money myself.


IV. PROCESS● You will be notified if you are officially in the slot list
● Turnaround Time is estimated 1-2 weeks starting from the approval of the sketch.
● TAT is subject to change and will be notified.
● You will be sent an Invoice for the payment
● All Files are in .png format and will be sent from GOOGLE DRIVE


V. USAGE● The artist holds every right to the artwork therefore they are allowed to:
ㅤ‣ Post artwork on social media
ㅤ‣ Include artwork in portfolio
ㅤ‣ For self-promotional works● Buyers are allowed to use as the following:
ㅤ‣ Display Picture
ㅤ‣ Banners
ㅤ‣ Background
ㅤ‣ Personal Prints
ㅤ‣ Promotional (with proper credits to the artist)
ㅤ‣ Repost art to any platforms as long as there is proper credit / link to my social media.

Commercial commissions are 300% of the total original price.

With commercial rights you are allowed to use art piece as the following:

ㅤ‣ Promotion for your own brand
ㅤ‣ Use as resource (i.e. Brush, Pattern, Background etc.)
