Art Trades and commissions T.O.S
T.O.S. = Terms of service
Art Trade T.O.S.:
- It may take up to a month or more (I will keep you updated) to complete a trade since I'm busy with my job;
- I will keep you updated on my part once per week (at least I will try to). I also expect an update from you;
- Please don't rush me;
- You will receive the full resolution of the picture. Due to certain reasons, I post the pictures on DA at a resolution of 900 pixels;
- I would prefer to do art trades with someone close to my level (no, I'm not saying that I'm an expert, but don't expect me to do full art for a 5 min doodle,it's not fair);
- Please be fair in trades. Headshot for headshot, Bust-shot for bust-shot, etc.
- It would be preferable if I could receive a picture where the character's colors are visible(flat colors);
- After I have shown you the sketch, I ask that you start working on your part of the trade;
- I have the right to refuse a trade;
- If you've never completed the part of of your trade and ask for another, your art trade request will automatically be declined.
Commissions T.O.S.:
- I won't start your commission until your payment is received(half payment before I start your commission and the other half after I have finished the sketch).
- Be sure to have all the points available before asking for your commission.
- Do NOT pay me before I accepted your commission because otherwise it will be taken as a donation and won't be refunded.
- The commissioner will receive the un-watermarked version, but my signature will remain on it.
- You can re-upload since you payed for it, but please give credit.
- It may take longer to finish a commission as I also have a life outside DA(DeviantArt).
- You may request an update once per week.
- DON'T RUSH ME! I work very bad when I'm under-pressure,but if you insist on rushing,then I will charge for additional points.
- Do not describe your character physically as only reference, I only work with drawing references/visual references.
- Check the To Do List, I'll put you there.
- I'll start your commission as soon as I can.
- I have the right to refuse a commission if I can't do it or I don't feel comfortable doing it
- Commissioned art is for personal use ONLY! I do not allow my art to be used as NFT(Non Fungible Tokens) or for you to profit after

- Ocs
- Couples (Oc x Oc,Canon x Oc,Canon x Canon,Yuri, Yaoi)
- Fandomless ocs
- FanArt
- Dragons/Canines
- Armor and weapons (sword, scythe, whips, etc.)
- Up to 3 or 4 characters in the same picture
I may draw
- Felines
- Ponies/horses (please ask me beforehand)
- Mild gore (I define mild as thorn skin/limbs/etc.)

I can't draw
- Too much Mecha (Might make a mess out of it)
- Furries (can't draw without a base)
- Very muscular characters (an example of this body type is Alex Louis Armstrong from FMAB)
I will not draw
- Fetish Art/ Vore Art - Don't even mention those to me
- Nudity, s** scenes, porn etc.
- Old people
- Mummies/decaying people (I might make a mess out of those)
- Hate art that is directed towards religion, nationality, ethnicity, etc. -> Don't even ask me if I can draw this
