by commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms below
general terms
commissioner/artist may not share each other's personal details with third parties
commissions are for digital art only, not printed art
copyright / commercial use

as the artist, I retain every right to the produced artwork so that I may:
post/display the commission anywhere in order to promote myself with proper credit to you as the owner of the character / project unless stated otherwise
you are not allowed to:
change / modify my art without permission
take credit for the art
claim it as your art ( please provide credit somewhere )
rush fee

rush commissions will have priority over regular commissions
they will be started on as soon as possible, taking the priority queue into consideration
payment
payment will be made only through stripe / paypal / ko-fi
payment must be made in FULL upfront unless a payment plan was discussed
NO REFUNDS offered unless the artist cannot complete the commission
please do NOT send me any payment until I have accepted your commission and you have received an invoice
any chargeback will retract your right to the commission and result in you being blacklisted from future commissions
