Please read this before commissioning.
By commissioning me, you are bound to these terms. Please communicate with me if you have any issue.

General

✦I have the right to decline my services for any reason
✦My prices are subject to change
✦I reserve the right to use my artwork in a portfolio, commission examples, print it, display it on social media, use it to promote myself, ect. Please tell me ahead of time if you are not comfortable with this.
✦If you really like the artwork, please consider tipping. Tips are appreciated by not required :]

Usage & License

✦My artwork and adopts/designs is for personal use ONLY. This includes, but is not limited to, profile pictures, Twitter headers, reference sheets, ect. Designs are sold with a personal use license.
✦You may NOT profit off of my artwork, nor use it commercially. (for example, you may not put artwork I created on a keychain on Redbubble and sell it). Adopts/Designs cannot be used commercially.
✦Wherever you upload my artwork, my credit must be attributed. A link to my Instagram (@aryix) or Twitter (@_aryix) will work great
✦You may not claim my artwork as your own
✦You may modify the artwork in whatever way you wish, including cropping or filters. However, you may not claim the modified artwork as your own, nor use it commercially. It remains for personal use only.

Payment

✦Full payment must be sent upfront once I have accepted the commission
✦Payment must be sent through PayPal. Please provide me with your PayPal email address
✦Once payment has been sent, you may not request a refund. Refunds may only be sent if I cannot complete the project.
✦You must provide an image or images of the character you would like for me to draw.
✦You may include a brief description of their personality. This is not required, but it will help me get a better understanding of the character, and in turn help create a piece more authentic to the character's personality.
✦Please provide any additional details or specifications you would like to be included. Such as pose, what the character is doing, ect. If this is not provided, I will take artistic freedom in the artwork
✦The commission will take anywhere from a couple days to a few weeks to be completed.
✦You will receive a sketch to approve of or ask for changes to be. At this point you are encouraged to ask for revisions if you wish before I begin the lineart.

Delivery

✦The final artwork will be sent in .PNG format to preserve image quality
✦When the artwork is complete, you will be sent your commissioned artwork through email or Google Drive link. Please let me know which email you would like me to send the art to
