► by commissioning me, you accept these terms of service.
► tos may be changed w/o warning, however clients with purchases before hand will be exempt unless otherwise stated.
► i reserve the right to refuse a commision w/o further explanation; e.g i am uncomfortable or it is beyond my abilities.
► when posting commissions, i expect full credit in the post. homepage shows most used social medias.
► it is HIGHLY encouraged to provide a detailed description for commissions, e.g pose, background, etc. if not provided, that leaves the commission to artistic liberty and may not be accurate.
► commissions are allowed a max of 4 free changes to the commission; any changes beyond that will be rightfully charged.
► any schedule changes will always be relayed back to clients in case of potential delay.
► commissions with deadline are set to ALWAYS be top priority.
► full payment will be made after draft sketch has been fully accepted.
► cashapp only.
► by buying an adopt from me, you accept these terms of service.
► adopts will often be held in auctions.

► auctions will end 24 hours after last bid.
► there will often be a 'bid here' comment under auctions, please keep all bids there.

► i can only do holds for 48 hours, negotiation is possible if needing a longer time.
► client will not own character rights until full payment is made and secured.
► slight alterations to things such as clothes and gender are allowed.
► buyers with a toyhou.se are NOT allowed to remove my credit as the designer.
