I am young, stupid, somewhat resentful but kind, I will treat you as if you were the sweetest and most precious thing to me, as long as you don't hurt me.I am from Venezuela and I am a woman. I am a small artist who is taking her first steps in this world. I love creating designs and selling to the majority (they are known as adoptable), but I love creating stories for my OCs even more.

GENERAL― My first language is not English, so I ask you not to use too many slang, you can use the most common ones (OMG, IDK, lol, etc), but with the less used ones I always tend to get confused, so for good communication let's use a somewhat formal language.
― You can contact me on any of my social networks for whatever you need, but don't do it simultaneously, it would be confusing for both of us.
― I have a job, so during the hours 10am - 6pm, I'm not really very available. Don't worry if I don't respond quickly, I'm probably busy.
― Write to me again if more than two days have passed without contact. I probably didn't see your message or forgot to reply!COMMISSIONS― I receive payments through PayPal via paypal.me link or invoice and KoFi via tip, donation or commissions tab and DeviantArt Points via gift or shop tab, only.
— Payments with Points can be received in two parts. It is agreed privately.
― Payment is made when the sketch is approved by the buyer, not before or when the art is finished.
― I do not give full refunds. In such a case that I have never sent a simple update, whether of the lineart type or a simple coloring, you will have every right to demand 85% of the refund from me.*
― If you want me to wait for some time before your full payment, you must pay 40% in advance and I can give you a maximum of three weeks and a minimum of 6 days.
— During this waiting time, work will be done on the art but very slowly and without priority.
— My shipping methods are initially ToyHouse, Sta.sh link, and maybe Gmail.
—You must make it clear to me which method you want or prefer.
— Don't give me a time limit. I have a job and on top of that, I constantly suffer from electricity failures, therefore, I work in my free time.
— You cannot use my art to promote, support, share, demand, incite, any type of discrimination or ideology.**
— I, as an artist, can use each piece of art as a sample of my work and future examples for my commissions.***DESINGS
— Do not make any changes to the design without first consulting with me.
— Do not resell it for a higher price than the purchased price.
— The design may NOT leave ToyHouse; This is to keep an exact record of it.
— Do not resell /trade or gift without telling me first.
— Only purchased art may increase the price of the design obtained. Gift/trade/raffle art will not increase its value in any way.CUSTOMS
All terms clarified in the "DESIGNS" section apply.
— You must pay half price once lineart changes and/or extra art are approved.
— The other half will be paid when all work is completed and before transfer by ToyHouse.
— Delays in payments will be equivalent to a delay in finalizing and/or delivering the design.

* I remind you that you must pay once the sketch is approved, therefore it is time and effort that I have already invested and that is why I charge it
** I do not support "left-wing" politics, commonly known as socialism or communism.
*** You can request that I not promote my art with your request but not prevent me from publishing it on my social networks.

All points clarified, mentioned and/or implied in my Terms of Services are subject to any type of change. These changes will also be applied without fail
