✦ Please provided me a reference of the character(s) you will like to be commission.✦ You can ask for any specific poses or facial expression at any time. Please send me reference to these request.✦ For custom, please send multiple frame of references of what you are looking for.
(moodboards, pintrest, objects, style, etc.)✦ In anyway that you are rude or pushing boundaries, I can decide to cancel your commission and block you.


II. Payment✦ I only take payment through PayPal.✦ Once given a sketch of your commission, you will have to pay in order for me to continue your commission✦ There will be no refund after payment.✦ You must give me payment within 48 hour. If failure to complete payment, I will cancel the commission and proceed to block and blacklist you.✦ For any rush commission you will have to pay a fee of $5 USD to put your commission as top priority.✦ If it commercial use commission please read in VI. Commercial*


III. Commission Process✦ A sketch of the commission will be given to you for approval to proceed the commission. These sketches will be low quality.✦ You can ask for any revisions of the sketch until you are satisfy. Any major changes will cause an additional charge of $5 USD.✦ You can always ask for the commission process at anytime.✦ The commission process takes roughly a month due to personal affairs or working on another commission. Please be patient with me and I do apologize in advance for the wait.✦ After the commission is done and approve, you will receive the following:✧ PNG white / gradient background
✧ PNG with background ( If you have paid the background fees )
✧ PNG transparent background✦ Please know you will receive both a watermark and non-watermark version.


IV. Crediting✦ I own all rights to my art.✦ Please credit me when you use or post my art.✦ Do not claim my art as your own.✦ All commission are only strictly for personal use and you cannot make profit off my art unless it a commercial commission. ( Read in VI. Commercial* for more info )


V. Adopts✦ By buying or winning an adopt from me, you own all ownership rights to the character and free to do whatever you want with them. I do however, still have rules on my adopts.✦ If you have bought an adopt from me and wish to resell it, please keep it at the same price you have bought it for from me. If there are any commissioned art that you have paid for, you can add monetary value to the adopt.✦ Any adopt that are from giveaways / raffles can only be traded or gifted. I do not condone reselling them unless they have commissioned art that you have paid for which can add monetary value to the adopt.✦ If you like any minor edits on your adopt, feel free to DM me what you like to be changed.✦ If you want the adopt to be a close species, please provide me proof of the MYO you own and I can change / add traits to the adopt to fit the close species rules. This will cost no extra fees. Available to both paid and free adopts.


VI. Commercial✦ To get a commercial license you must pay double the amount you have paid of the commission or adopt that you have obtain from me. Commercial license is only needed if you plan to make a profit in any form by using my art. This also include promoting your brand / business. You do not need a license if you are using my art for personal use.
