TERMS OF SERVICE
the following terms you agree to when commissioning me.
please note that these terms are non-negotiable and by commissioning, or buying anything from me, I automatically assume you have read and agreed to these terms.
. General Terms .
★ I retain the right to refuse service to anyone, with or without reason even if commissions are open.★ All commissioned art is digital only, nothing will ever be a physical item / shipped out.★ I will only provide a sketch until payment has been sent.
★ Payment is via Paypal or Ko-fi only.★ Small edits can be made after completion, no huge edits or redraws will be provided (unless its a mistake on my part), you can only request a mistake/small edit to be made within 24 HOURS of completion, after that edits will not be made unless stated otherwise.★ Please be clear with what you want. Also, please provide a clean and clear reference sheet for the best possible commission work.★ Commissions will be completed within 4 weeks (four weeks), they usually are completed within two days of payment sent / sketch approval. If your commission takes longer than 4 weeks to complete you may ask for a refund, but no sooner than that.★ Refunds will never be accepted unless I am unable to complete the commission within 4 weeks of payment sent.★ You may always cancel an order / commission at anytime, though you will not get a refund. When you request a refund it will not be valid, unless I have not yet started your commission.
. Design / Art Terms .
★ You may not apply your own rules to my designs. (ex. tradeback)★ I must always be credited for the creation of the design. (credit at asteriixx on toyhouse)★ When getting a design from me you may only resell the design at the price you got it at, UNLESS additional artwork is purchase and/or added. Doodles/shitposts will never count for additional value unless purchased. (so if you got a design from a raffle you may not resell it for anything unless artwork is added.)★ You are allowed to make small changes to the design, but not to the point it is unrecognizable. I would prefer if you commission someone or you draw the changes yourself. Although, I do allow my art to be edited.★ You are allowed to make merchandise of my designs (pins, stickers, etc.), but not my artwork. My artwork is will never used for profit. (on stickers, pins, etc) I will not tolerate anyone who wishes to use my artwork for commercial use / to gain profit.★ Do not make similar designs to the ones I have made, slight referencing if fine, but I do not want my designs to be copied.. . . . ★ "BREEDING" MY DESIGNS - you may NOT "breed" my designs.★ Never trace over my artwork, practice or not. If you do happen to trace, never ever share the traced artwork.★ I retain the right to revoke (take back) my design if you disobey any of the design terms listed above.★ Never try to remove my watermark and / or try to claim the artwork or design as your own.★ By purchasing from me, you agree to allow me to post my artwork on any of my platforms.★ what i will and will not draw ★~ WILL DRAW . .

. Payment Process .
★ Payment is sent via Paypal invoice in USD ONLY. No other forms of payment will be taken unless stated otherwise.★ Payment is to be sent (in full) after the sketch has been approved by the commissioner. This is to insure I will get paid for my work. No exceptions will be made.★ Refunds, as stated before, will not be given unless I am unable to complete the commission within 4 weeks of payment sent.
As of March 17th, 2024 forward, these terms must be agreed upon when purchasing from me. Disobeying these terms once or multiple times, depending on the term, can result in a blacklist.All Terms of Service is subject to change.

To place an order you must contact me via discord ( asteriixx ) or instagram (asteriixxart) filling out the form listed below. You must also have read everything above and have agreed to my terms.
