hello! i'm astersigh aka sal, and this is my commissions page! it contains everything you need to know before commissioning me. please keep in mind that some of my examples may be somewhat out of date and I do not have others to fill in just yet!
Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you are stating that you have read and agreed to these terms.
1. Always credit me for my work by naming my username along with the site, linking to the site, or linking back to this carrd.
2. Don't claim my artwork is your own!
3. Do not remove my signature.
4. Prices are subject to change due to demand.
5. Prices are subject to change depending on complexity.
6. I reserve the right to decline any order.
7. I reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at any time for any reason.
8. Currency accepted is USD through Ko-fi and PayPal.
9. Commissions must be paid 100% upfront, and orders over $10 may be paid slip 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.
10. Do not send payment before I have accepted your commission request.
11. The time it takes to finish your commission take time.
12. If you wish for me to change something on any final drawing, there may be a fee unless there has been an error on my part.
13. You must provide visual reference for your commission. I will not accept real life references for character appearances. Visual references for poses and expressions are not required, but appreciated greatly.
14. I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online.
15. You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website or social platform as long as you credit me.
16. I reserve the right to have you remove the commissioned piece from anywhere with a reason given. If I must have you remove any piece of my work, you will not be refunded.
17. You may not profit off the commissioned piece. This includes selling the commissioned piece for more than you payed for it for any reason including emotional attachment.
18. You may not alter commissioned artwork without my permission.
19. You may not use commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.
