Here you will find the terms of service for my commissions.Be advised: By commissioning me you have read through and have agreed to my terms of service.

Google form or DM

If you are interested in commissioning me, you must fill out a google form. This is in place to help me keep track of my customers.You can find the form here If you find the google form too complicated, you can simply message me about commissions and send your character references to [email protected] after I approve.

General

- I can refuse a commission if I feel like it or if I am uncomfortable with it.
- Since I am still a student, commissions may take longer. Although I do have a quicker turnaround time than most artists, life happens. 1-2 weeks is approximate, however, if it will take longer I will contact you promptly via one of my social media (most likely Instagram).
- Prices will vary depending on what is purchased
- I only accept Cashapp, Paypal, and Amazon wishlist commissions at the moment.
- There are no refunds (unless I cancel the commission for unspecified reasons then you will get refunded). Please keep this in mind before you commission me. Art is a luxury, not a necessity. Take care of yourself <3
- A clear digital reference is needed for your character. If you do not have one, I will decline or ask for a different reference (If it is a pet or fursuit, I require a clear photo).
- I will send a sketch (or linework) to you, when it is approved, I will finish the commission

Updates

- You can expect to receive updates every few days. But please don't forget that I am human. Sometimes I forget to update. If this is the case, please message me and I will reply in due time.- If you want to see how far along I am on your commission, please check my Trello!- Please make sure to contact social media I am active on or my Gmail (linked below)

Payment

- Payment is required to be upfront.
-You may be charged a complexity fee depending on the complexity of your commission. Complexity fees are 50% of the base price of your commission.
- I will not start the commission until I receive the payment for it.
- There will be no haggling prices or discounts (I may announce discounts if it is a holiday-themed commission.)
- Do not complain about my prices. If my prices do not fit your budget, do not commission me. I am trying to be reasonable and will not deal with hagglers.
- Please double-check to see if you can afford what you are commissioning me for. (ie. checking your account balance or card balance.) if you cannot, the commission will be declined.
- I will give you my payment info before the commission is started. Once payment is verified, I will begin working on your commission!

Art Usage

- DO NOT SELL MY WORK AS AN NFT or use my work for ANY monetary gain. All of my work is for personal use only unless communicated otherwise.
- If you commission art from me, you are entitled to use that artwork for your personal use.
- You may use it as a profile picture, character image, or commercially (If commissioned for commercial purposes)
- If you have not commissioned the artwork from me, you are not entitled to use it as a profile picture, banner, sticker, or for any other form of revenue. (nfts included)
- If you get blacklisted or blocked, you are only allowed to use the artwork you previously paid for.
