Product may not be used for NFTs, AI image generation or any other crypto or AI related things. If you are to, you must pay the full price of the art, even if you did not receive it in full.

Product may not be used for commercial use unless an extra fee is paid.

Commissioner must pay 30% up front, and 70% after receiving their art.

Payment is expected within 24 hours.

You can ask for a refund, however the refund given will depend on the progress of the artwork: 80% during sketching, 50% during lineart, 20% during colouring, 0% during shading and beyond.

You may ask for a full refund after 3 months have passed with no notable progress.

I have the right to revoke the request and give a refund at any time.

If you commission me using the word "Enby-Venti", your order will be given priority over others.

I will not attempt to draw a seperate style other than my own without an extra fee.

You may ask for 3 separate revisions of the sketch.

You may ask for reasonable minor changes after completion.

The drawing will be of a lower quality as sketches are sent to you, however the full image will be much clearer.

My watermark will be present on all artwork.

I will not be responsible for the loss of the drawing after the delivery.

I retain all rights to the drawing after delivery, however you may repost the artwork with credit.

Unless otherwise specified, I will post the artwork on my accounts after completion.
