terms and conditions

I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason
prices are in USD
50% of payment must be given before the commission starts
you may request changes to the art during the sketch phase. after the sketch is approved, you may not ask for major changes unless it pertains to the coloring
refunds are not applicable after the sketch has been done
I may charge extra if the character has complex features, complexity fees may vary
I am allowed to use the commission as an example of my work, with credit to the commissioner
eta is around 5-9 days. if I am not able to finish in that timeframe, I will alert the customer
you are able to request updates at any point before the commission is finished
commercial usage will cost +100% of the commission's original price (this does not apply to customs/adopts)
when commissioning me, please provide a flat color reference sheet (ex. no shading, filters, just a clear picture of the character's colors)
failure to follow will result in the inability to commission me again (if you paid for a commission, I will not be completing it)
by commissioning me, you agree to these terms
