TERMS OF SERVICE

By accepting a commission or an adoptable from me, you automatically accept these terms.

GENERAL

✦ I require a clear character reference to work from.
✦ I will show the commissioner a sketch of the drawing before completing it; desired alterations must be done during this period. I will not make any major alterations after I finish.
✦ I am given full artistic freedom of interpreting and drawing your character. If you want any specifications to be applied, please tell me before I get to the rendering stage. I might change slightly colors of character design to fit better with the drawing.
✦ I start working from sketch, the final product may differ from the initial sketch.
✦ I work on custom designs from description and with visual moodboards provided by the commissioner. I will try to stick to the commissioner’s preferences but I still require artistic freedom to some extent for the designs to maintain my style.

PAYMENT

✦ Payment is due upfront, and I will not start until full payment is made.
✦ I will not offer refunds if payment is done through PayPal or Boosty.
✦ Payment plans are OK.
✦ I accept payments only via Paypal or Boosty.

USAGE

✦With finished commission/adopt you receive full size unwatermarked HD artwork and are provided with smaller, watermarked version. You are not allowed to redistribute full size files as they are for your personal use only.
✦ I reserve rights to the artwork, the commissioner maintains right to the character.
✦ I have the right to refuse, deny, or otherwise turn down any commission request.
✦ Myself and the client alone can repost the image on other sites in a non-profit manner, both providing proper credit for the character and artist, respectively.
✦The commissioner cannot edit, alter, or otherwise change my artwork without my explicit permission (cropping for an icon or banner is acceptable).
✦ I DO NOT allow for my artwork to be shared and redistributed on any cryptocurrency platforms and sites, for example such as OpenSea.
✦ I DO NOT allow for my artwork to be sold, in any form or manner.
✦ You may not erase or crop out my watermark.
✦ You may not use my artwork for teaching AI tech.✦ You are not allowed to claim the original design as made by yourself.
✦ You are not allowed to sell the design for a higher price than for how much you bought it, excluding art. Personal art does not add up to monetary value.
✦ You can change and alter the purchased design as much as you'd like.
✦ Making species from my one-off adopts is fine for as long as it’s for personal use such as writing/worldbuilding and is not profited of monetarily.

I AM COMFORTABLE TO DRAW

✦ Feral (canines, fantastic and original creatures, beasts, dragons).
✦ Anthro and humans/humanoids (I'm not very experienced at it yet, please consider that).
✦ Natural backgrounds and simple architecture.
✦ Can do clothes and apparel.
✦ Blood and minor gore.
✦ I am comfortable with drawing pin ups/light erotica but none of this will be posted publicly.

✦ Fetish, gore, extreme violence, explicit NSFW.
✦ Anything I’m too uncomfortable with.
