[🐟] Salutations!
✨ Welcome to my blog!

My name is Arden (she/he) and as the username suggests, I am a fish that draws as a fun little hobby. I am fond of fauna in general, have a specific obsession with salmon, and is currently being consumed by at least 2 of my interests. I also like dragons and angels! Hey guys have I mentioned that I really like fish? Well now I have, and now you know. Very normal about those guys.

Also I hail from Indonesia and is more than a tad bit fruity (bi aroace) but that is not as important, I just wanted to say that.

Sometimes I wish I didn't have two seperate blogs for my stuff because I confuse myself on where to put art reblogs

Cause on one hand I want my art blog to grow more than my misc one → I want people in the future to be able to see these wonderful artworks via my art blog. But at the moment I have not been making art and my misc blog is growing more so everytime I want to share art I'm like,,

"Do I share for the future or for the present... thinking emoji"

I'd like to add that the white scarring is so important to Risso's dolphins (presumably their social dynamics) that it has affected the structure of their skull:

Risso's dolphins feed using suction (mainly on squid) and don't need teeth, other cetaceans that feed this way have no teeth at all (such as beaked whales). Those 8 fuckoff knife-shaped teeth at the front of their lower jaw are EXCLUSIVELY for slashing up others of their kind

Cut Through The Noise

Even as the strike ends, the Palestinian genocide has not.

Now more than ever, there are so many conflicting voices. People with their own self-serving, hateful motivations speak over us, and sometimes our own voices can turn against us. We may feel like our voice isn't enough or we aren't doing enough.

This is why it's so important to learn to shut down that noise. No matter how much people scream that what we're doing is useless or a waste of time, keep talking. Keep talking about Palestine. Keep talking about Palestine for as long as this goes on, both online and in real life. If Israel won't end their genocide, we won't end our protest.
