I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time for any reason.

I require a way to contact you with work in progress or delayment updates. This could be an email or social media.

My artwork is 350 DPI but canvas sizes may vary or be cropped during the process unless requested otherwise.

I require at least a flat fullbody for any commission that is not a custom design. Failure to provide this may result in denial or an additional custom design fee. More images are always welcome if your character has specific details you want included.

While it is not required, I appreciate if you detail what you are looking for in your commission, such as posing, expressions, or other details. If not, please provide a snippet of your character's personality so I can depict them correctly.

None of my artwork may be used for NFTs or AI. This will immediately place you on my blacklist.

I require full payment up front unless a payment plan is discussed.

Payment plans are available for any commission over $50 but reuire a 15% non-refundable downpayment.

I only take payment through Paypal Invoice or Ko-Fi. It is your choice on which you prefer to use. I will not use any other payment services due to lack of protections for both buyer and seller.

If a client has a deadline of less than two months, I will require a 50% rush fee.

Any other fees will be discussed as required.

Once a commission is completed, I do not accept refunds period.

I only accept full refunds before the sketch is approved.

Any refund after that is subject to the amount of work put into the commission as noted by my commission rates.

If you cancel before the sketch is approved, I reserve the right to reuse the sketch for any project in the future. If you cancel after, I will provide you files of any work in progress pieces and you can use them.

A chargeback is an immediate blacklist and depending on severity, beware.

If I choose to cancel a commission, I will refund you the full amount regardless of progress.

My general timeframe is two months maximum on any commission, but I will provide clients with any delays as needed.

I will provide a sketch to be approved at minimum for every commission. Other work in progress pieces can be requested, but I require this information up front.

I will provide the sketch and any other work in progress pieces through your requested communication point.

Work will not begin on the lines until the sketch is approved, and so on for every requested work in progress.

You are welcome to request no sketch, but be mindful that I won't allow changes to the finished piece.

Until the final sketch is approved, I will allow any edits and revisions, but if an edit involves the entire piece, I may reuse the sketch for another piece.

Once the sketch is approved, I only allow minor edits.

If I miss a detail on your character you specifically pointed out on initial communication, or is obviously visible on the character's reference, it is completely free.

Major edits or excessive minor edits will incur extra fees.

I will communicate with you up front about if anything you request will incur additional fees.

I reserve the copyright to any piece of mine.

This includes the addition of the piece to a portfolio or any social media.

I allow personal usage only.

This includes posting the art to your social media(please credit me and use a watermark if not including mine), using as a profile picture, or any form of expression that does not directly edit my work or that profits you or anoher party. If unsure, just ask me.

You can purchase the right to use my artwork commercially, at 200% the original cost.

You cannot claim my artwork as yours or edit in any way except for cropping.

There is absolutely no forgiveness in using my artwork for NFTs or AI.

You may use my design for any use, even commercial, however, you must draw or commission a new piece of the design unless commercial use of my artwork was purchased.

Redesigns are fine, as long as the original design is always credited back to me.

It's not required, but I appreciate notifying me of any new ownership of designs unless transferred within Toyhou.se where the design is fully trackable. This is so I can edit the original listing to prevent any miscommunication about ownership of a design.

I may not condone or support actions of villainous or morally wrong characters, but once a design leaves my ownership, it is not responsibilty to moderate what is done with my designs.

On that note, if someone actively supports or glorifies morally wrong actions, I may be hesitant to sell to them ever again.

I will not restrict users on my blacklist from owning my designs. My blacklist is simply a list of people I am uncomfortable interacting with or selling to.

I will not reclaim a design for any reason unless payment for the design is terminated, mainly through the use of a chargeback.

Any design purchased directly from me, Auviperic, for monetary payment, can be resold at any price. Any resale purchase is limited to how much you initially paid.

Any design originally traded for, from me or anther user, for art, design, or goods, can only be traded or gifted unless additional art, personal or commissioned, is added.

Any design originally gotten free, from me or anther user, can only be gifted or raffled(no money or art required for entry) unless additional art, personal or commissioned, is added.

While I do not support it, getting a character to directly add art to add value and resell is allowed, as I view any art as adding value.

If someone is in a tight spot, they are welcome to message me to potentially resale a character they got in trade or for free, but you must contact me first.

I will not police people for breaking these rules, but may prevent someone from getting any more designs directly from me.

Optional unwatermarked version upon request. Please only use a watermarked version when posting publicly.

Additional effects such as glitches, textures, or other elements may incur additional fees.

Grunge style may come with glitches and textures free however if requested.
