You may not delete any design from ToyHouse and create anew !!

You may private or hide the design on ToyHouse.

All design have their ToyHouse recorded in the masterlist. Please check it before purchasing any design.

Please let me know if there a deleted design, missing design, duplicated design and etc.

Designs can resale for no higher than the original price paid. This does not including additional art and etc.

Resale made with only or mix of currency such as USD, deviantArt points, Amino Coin is considered a resale.

Resale made with a mix of currency and non currency or only non currency such as drawing or another design(s) is considered a trade.

An exception to the rule above is that, if the mix of currency is at least 85% of the original price. The design can still be resale.

Do note I'll check and update ToyHouse ownership from time to time and will lock/set resale or trade should a design ownership transfer and no longer fulfill a certain criteria.

Payments can be made via Paypal Invoice or Ko-Fi.

If Paypal, you must be the owner of the Paypal account.

Payment will be done in USD and required in full before ownership is given.

Payment plans are unavailable but I'm able to do holds.

Under no circumstances, will any sold designs be refunded.

Backing out from winning auctions and charge back will result in blacklist from any future transactions.

Do not edit the original artwork given , please create a new artwork.

Adjustment and changes of design can be done by having a new artwork made.

gender change or using opposite gender traits.

change of hairstyle, clothes, accessories, handheld items, color palette.

addition of clothes, accessories, handheld item.

hide or remove existing traits.

completely redesign the character if truly necessary.

I retain partial rights over my artwork and original design. Meaning, I do not own the design nor will I commercialize any sold design without design owner consent but I may be use for self promotions or part of my portfolio.

Design owner must give credit if reposting artwork.

Design owner can use their respective design for commercial use.

However none of my original artworks are for commercial use. ( Printing the original artwork on a T-Shirt/pin and selling it ) You must create your own or commission one.

NONE of my design or artwork are to be minted or sold for any NFT transaction.
