Adopted design(s) are for personal use and may not be used for commercial purposes. This includes v-tubing, mass production of merchandise involving the design(s), and media such as monetized games, videos, comics, etc...

Co-owning will not be publicly acknowledged on masterlist entries. Sharing design(s) is allowed, but there must be one main owner.

Only the current owner of the adopted design(s) may repost artwork I've created that is associated with the design(s) publicly– please watermark images to prevent theft.

Empty MYO slots cannot be traded. A design must be created and approved before the slot can be traded.

Empty MYO slots can be resold for their original sale price.

Completed MYO designs may be resold if received in a trade for the slots original purchase price. If you have commissioned someone for the design you may add the price of that to sale price as well.

MYO slots cannot be traded for physical / downloadable goods or giftcards.

If a design is gifted, the gifter may not reclaim ownership of the design. However, if you wish to trade or resell a gifted design you must do so with explicit permission from the previous owner.

Gifted designs may not be resold for a higher amount than the original sale price of the design. This includes adding the price of future commissioned and personal work, art received in trade(s), and art created using free bases / base maker.

If you have received a design through a free raffle you may not resell it regardless of the amount of commissioned art of the design in question.

In order for design edit(s) to be approved, you must DM my TH (Azolitmin) with both the un-edited version and the proposed edit.

Do not save your proposed edits over the original adopt file. When design(s) are traded, resold, or gifted the original design file must be included in the transaction.

You may use F2U bases or P2U bases via Ko-Fi for making edits.

Edits must still retain semblance of the original design. If the edit is too drastic the edit may be rejected.

The Nu species are recognized as being 'house spirits' due to old wives tales describing their creation as "furry creatures that sprang forth from an accumulation of dust particles in abandoned buildings".

Some Nus will work together to maintain an abandoned environment, such as fixing small leaks and preventing infestation.

Nus are protective of the crystalline core seen on their chest and tails. It is believed that it represents the amalgam of the first dust that formed them. Losing or greatly damaging this core would be equivalent to losing a part of their soul.

Despite their bird-like appearance they cannot fly. Rather, their wings help them glide through the air effortlessly.

The average height of a nu is between 2'10" and 3'5".
