AZUCCHIN'S TERMS AND SERVICE
(Last updated on: 01/21/2023)By purchasing my art services, you automatically agree to the following conditions.Please read this entirely and carefully. I can deny your request if I see you haven't read this.If there are any questions or concerns, please send me a DM via Twitter or ToyHouse. They are both @Azucchin.GENERAL- All Payments are to be made via Paypal invoices only.- I have all rights to decline any commission and issue a refund if the client has: poor and/ or inappropriate communication, or there's a breach in this T.O.S.- The commissioner has the right to request a refund if there is a valid reason.- Commissions are for personal / non-commercial use only, except if stated otherwise. I do not allow my art to be used as NFT. Please credit me if you want to share it.- The Artist, Azucchin, holds all rights to the commission. I may use the original as a future sample.- Do not claim my art as your own, heavy edit or replicate.- Cropping and resizing is OK.- I won't draw NSFW. If you're not sure if I'd accept your idea, feel free to send me a DM for discussion.PAYMENT- Payment will be only via PayPal with an invoice. Only USD as currency.- All payments should be paid fully after the sketch is sent. I will start working on finishing your commission once the payment is received.- If payment has not been received after several Business days of receiving the sketch, I will assume you no longer wish to commission me and cancel your request.- Do not send payment before receiving the sketch.- Depending on the complexity of the character, it may be simplified.PROCESS- I'll send you a sketch WIP, you are allowed to request alterations or corrections (eg. missing details or first full re-sketch) so that both of us are happy and approve of the sketch.- After approving the sketch, I'll ask you for the payment. Only then will I finish the commission.- Major alterations (eg. following full re-sketches) will come with an additional fee of 5 USD. No other major changes will be made after the sketch approval.- A total of 3 basic WIPs can be sent throughout the process by your request!- Sketch (mandatory)- Lineart WIP- Base Colour WIP- Feel free to contact me if you wish for an update!- The process can be streamed on Twitch.tv if desired, or if given permission to!REFUNDING/CANCELLATION:- In the event the Client wishes to cancel the commission and request a refund, the refunded amount varies upon the amount of work completed.- If the initial sketch is already done, the refunded amount is 80%.- If the lining portion has started, the refunded amount is 40%.- If the coloring portion has started, the refunded amount is 10%.PRICES AND TERMS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.- If you violate any point of the ToS, I have the right to refuse your request, if not, blacklist you.- Feel free to contact me if I missed out on anything or if you're unsure about a point.Thank you very much for reading!!
