Payment is after the first sketch, once I showed the sketch, payment should be made and i'll start your commission.

I'll send you WIPs so you can check and give corrections. Big corrections ONLY in the sketch phase, after you approve it, if you need a big correction, it will have extra charge.

For commercial works, there will be extra charge. Please tell me with anticipation the type of use you want to do it (for social media, mascot, merchandise, etc).

Detailed characters may increase the price. Also works for customs.

I don't do backgrounds at the moment, only simple color and transparent version will be provide to you.

I have the right to decline any commission requests if I feel I am unable to fulfil your requests.

The price is per character. Discount of more characters only will be avalible in certain special dates. Don't ask for it until I said so beforehand.

Payment only via Paypal with invoice. Only USD.

Once payment has been made, I do not accept refunds or chargebacks.

You may cancel the commission if payment has not been made yet, and I have not started on your commission.

In the case that the I have not started your commission within 4 months after payment, you are able to ask for a full refund. If this occurs, I sincerely apologise.

If I have started your commission, but not finished it within the 4 months after the payment, you can ask for a refund, but it'll not be full refund and I'll charge the equal amount for my process even if you don't use the drawing. (If I did the sketch, base color, etc).

If after 1 month I accepted a commission I don't receive any response nor the payment, I will quit it from my schedule and put it on my regular waitlist until the next commission batch. That means, I won't start your commission in middle of others if you didn't answered in time.

In case I didn't receive any response after 2 weeks I got the payment and start the drawing, I will have to stop it, and unfortunately I will put it in hold until the next available batch since get stuck on a commission will affect the progres of others on queue. I'm not responsible of the lack of feedback of the client when I already updated my progress, since I can't keep working until the client check it.

If when your turn on the waitlist arrives, you don't answer in 2 weeks, either for accept or decline, you will be removed from the waitlist to give the quota to other interested person.

In addition, if you decline the purchase two times when it's your turn on the waitlist, you will be removed from it unless you stipulate you will be accept the purchase the next batch. This is so not deny the opportunity to others potential interested clients since the waitlist it's limites as well.

Basic turnaround time is from 2 weeks to 3 months. Please be patient and don't pressure me if I haven't showed you a sketch in the first 5 days, for example.

In case of multiple commission from a same person, every single commission will count as individual for the time. I may be finish faster, but just in case please be patient.

I only work on one drawing at a time and in a predetermined order by whoever commissioned me first. That mean that I will not start your drawing until I have finished the ones before yours, please be patient.

If you're in a rush and want your art quickly, a rush fee will be included (is not always available and will depend on my schedule).

Depending on the complexity/type of work requested, some may be delivered faster or slower, so please don't pressure me if you see I post others commissions to my social media before yours.

Once again, for commercial works, there will be extra charge. It will depend on the use you will give to that art, so please tell me properly about it so we can talk about the price.

All profits made from the use of my illustrations will belong to the Commissioner unless agreed upon otherwise.

Illustrations used for streaming will be counted as commercial use. That means PNGTuver, Vtubers, emotes, any decoration chibi for alarms, icons, charge screens illustrations, etc, will have the commercial fee. Please be honest with the use of your request.

In case of buying the rights of the illustration, it will below to the buyer, but always remember give me credits for the art.

You can not use any of my art for NFT nor sell it for NFT purposes. Doing so will get you permanently banned.

You are not allowed to edit, trace or modify my art unless stated so.

You are not allowed to distribute any of my art for anyone else to freely use/edit on any sites.

You are not allowed to make commercial merchandise of my art unless permission is given, or if it has been a commercial request. Personal merch for yourself (and not to sell) is ok!

You are not allowed to claim/credit my art as your own.

If you request a character custom, even if the general ideas was given by you, the credit for the design itself it's mine, so please, don't claim a design as yours and give me the proper credits for it.

Resells, trades or gift my design (custom or adoptables) are allowed. But resells only for the same price as you inicially buy it.

You can add the commissions price you have bought to raise the price, but that's the only case you can do that. Please do not resell at higher price even if it includes art you did or someone gave to you without you paid for it (this includes trades, gifts or drawing as payment for OTAs).

Auction my designs are EXTRINCTLY PROHIBITED. Please do not do auctions with a design you bought of me, only set prices and max as the same price you bought, as I stated before.

Auction with my design it's allowed only if it was a contract with the seller and me, the designer, and it was a mutually beneficial agreement.

If you got by a trade a design made by me, you are not allowed to resell it. Just trade or gift. (Although if you commissioned art, you can resell the character for the value invested on them).

If you are interested on a design made by me that someone is reselling and you want to use it for commercial purposes, please discuss that with me and not the reseller.

You are allowed to edit my design as it's still recognizable.

Please always credit me where you can as "Baechama".

If uploading onto Toyhou.se, please credit me for it, either for the design, re-design or art in every correspondent label possible. You can find me in my TH account as Baechama.

Break one or more rules and you will be added to my blacklist and I won't accept any future work with you.

I only start after the payment and invoice only. You can pay 50% first if you want, but I won't finish the color nor give you the file unless you pay the other 50%. You can also do the full payment in the initial phase if you want, it's client choice.

Models are commercial use only and have the commercial fee included, that means even if you want a model for personal use/as oc, you have to pay the model as commercial product anyway to avoid any dishonest re-sell.

You can re-sell the model but only at the same price or lower and you have to tell me who will be the new user. You can only sell it at a high price if you bought extra art, resources, layouts, emotes, etc, and sell it as a bundle.

I DO NOT ALLOW ANY RECOLORS ON MY PIECES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If you have an issue with a piece you received, let me know and I will fix it for you.

Any toggle or asset that required the psd file to do a rig with it, count as a model resource and I do not accept to someone else do that extra work for me. That means it's strictly prohibited that you as a client, or someone else, draw any extra toggle, expression, clothes, body part, etc, besides me. All that it's includes to my pricelist, so if you want any extra resource for the model please respect my work and DO NOT draw over it. It's uncomfortable and disrespectful, and I prefer that my models looks with a similar general esthetic.

This NOT includes appart assets like static images like extra hands with a pose, or a decorative animal or chairs, etc. So feel free to use them in streams, but please do not edit the psd files.

Only the PSD file will be delivered. If you want the images in png separately, please state it beforehands.

The model comes with a basic open and closed mouth. If you want the differents shapes of AEIOU vocals for a smooth movement in the rig, please say it beforehands, but it has an extra charge.

If you are not satisfied with the finished product, you are not allowed to issue a refund.

If you are not satisfied with the finished product because I have drawn/forgotten any detail/colour or have messed up on anything else with the character/design (That has been stated/shown in your reference), I will correct it but no refunds will be issued.

If you don't send me a proper form to request a commission, I'll take it as you didn't read my T.O.S and won't accept your commission.

If you fail to abide by my T.O.S, you will be blacklisted from any future commissions.
