TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you have read and agree to my Terms of Service. If you have questions, please reach out to me. Failure to follow these terms will result in a canceled commission and a permanent ban from future commissions and art sales.

PERMISSIONS

• Commissioned artwork is for personal use only. My personal and commissioned artwork is not permitted for commercial use.
• You are not allowed to trace, heavily reference, edit, or claim my art as your own.
• Do not heavily edit WIP pieces or final artworks. Don't order a sketch and then "finish" it yourself, trace my artwork, use my artwork as a base, etc.
• Client may add filters or text to commissioned artwork.
• My signature cannot be removed or hidden.
• You may not repost art that you did not commission from me, even if you provide credit.
• Commissioned art may be used by the client as icons or banners and to promote their character. Clients may post commissioned art to their own social media as long as written credit or a link to my social media is provided.• I hold the right to refuse any commission.
• I hold copyright ownership over my artwork.
• I may post commissioned artwork to my own social media or use it to promote my commissions with credit to the owner. Please state upfront if you do not want me to post your commission or use it as a commission example.• I will not draw sexual content or fetish artwork, nor will I make art promoting racism, trans/homophobia, pedophilia, xenophobia, or hate speech.
• I do not support NFTs. My personal and commissioned artwork should never be sold as or used for NFTs.
• I do not support AI generators or the use of my art feeding AI generators.

COMMUNICATION AND PROGRESS

• Allow me up to a week to start on your commission.• I will send Work in Progress (WIP) sketches of your commission. Please provide feedback - you are welcome to redline or edit WIPs to present the changes you would like to be made.
• WIP images are watermarked and at a lower resolution than the final piece.
• Do NOT use WIPs to finish the commission yourself.• Major changes to the pose will not be made after I have sent the initial sketch and we have agreed on the look of the commission. Markings, color corrections, or other minor details can be adjusted at any time.• Commissioned artwork will not be shared publicly until it is finished and paid in full.

PAYMENT

• I use PayPal or Cashapp for USD commissions.
• I accept mixed payments and partial payments.
• I will share my payment information privately after your commission is accepted. Do not share my payment information publicly.
• I require full payment before you receive the finished artwork. If I have not received full payment by the time the artwork is finished, I will let you know and wait for payment.
• You have 14 days after a commission is finished to pay. If you need more time, I can extend it. If you have not paid, you will not receive the finished piece.• Commissioned artwork of a character adds value equal to the price of a commission. If you paid for a $5 commission, it adds $5 of value to the character.

REFUNDS

• If you decide to cancel a commission at any time, you will not receive the finished art and it will not be posted publicly.
• If you cancel a commission before an initial sketch is sent OR if I cancel the commission at any time, you will recieve a full refund.
• If you cancel a commission after an initial sketch, you will recieve a refund half the value of the commission.
• If I learn that my artwork is violating (or will be violating) my TOS, it will be taken down, and a refund will not be given.
