Proper Use of Bases and Resources

Please read! My Terms of Service covers the following:

I. Payment Requirements

  • I require full payment up front via Invoice on PayPal or directly thru my Ko-Fi Store.

  • All payments must be made in USD. PayPal automatically converts currencies.

II. Refund Policy

  • All payments are considered final. No refunds will be given for any reason.

  • Chargebacks will result in a blacklist.

III. Base Usage

  • Usage of all Bananapop Bases must adhere to the following rules:

  • Bases may be used to make adoptables & personal designs, or offered as a YCH.

  • Buyer shall not hide my Signature/Watermark. Resizing it is acceptable, as long as it remains visible somewhere on the canvas.

  • Bases my not be resold or redistributed in any way.

  • If someone asks for the base, link them to the listing on Ko-Fi!

  • Buyer may edit and adjust the base any way they like, such as relining assets.

  • Proper credit (by linking the base listing) when you post it is required.

  • If uploading to toyhouse, credit my profile!

  • Bases may NOT be used to make NFT, or to train AI.

IV. Resource Usage

  • Usage of all Bananapop Resources (tutorials, freebies) must adhere to the following rules:

  • All resources may have unique TOS in the listing description, read it carefully.

  • Resources my not be resold or redistributed in any way.

  • If someone asks for a resource, link them to the listing on Ko-Fi!

  • Buyer may edit and adjust the resource any way they like, such as aiding their own art, redrawing assets, or cropping for CSS.

  • Proper credit (by linking the resource listing) when you post it is not required, but very appreciated!

  • Resources may NOT be used to make NFT, or to train AI.

V. Other important information

  • Should the base/resource be re-released, the client is responsible for reaching out with the receipt of original purchase to in order obtain the new version for free.

  • Bases may occasionally receive separately provided updates like Collabs or Add-On Packs, but it is not guaranteed. See the description of the base listing for an overview of compatible add-on packs (if applicable).
