TERMS OF SERVICE

BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE WRITTEN BELOW

1. GENERAL RULES
1.1. I need a clear reference/full-body art to start working on your commission
1.2. I can do commissions from character description for an extra payment
1.3. You have to provide me with a small description of your character's personality (it's not necessary but it would make work easier for me, and the result would be better too.)
2. PAYMENT RULES
2.1. I accept payment only via PayPal or bank transfer for polish clients exclusively
2.2. If necessary, I may back out from our transaction, providing a refund
2.3. You can only get a refund before accepting the sketch. After that, I don't take refunds
2.4. There are two payment options. I can take half of the payment before starting and the other half after accepting the sketch or just the full price before starting.
3. PROCEED RULES
3.1. I will provide you with wips of every major stage of the project (sketch, line art, flat color, etc.)
3.2. The biggest changes can only be made before the sketch isn't accepted yet
3.3. Small changes can be done at other moments. Bigger may require additional payment
3.4. My usual turnaround is about 1 month to 3 months. I always inform you about potential delays.
4. USAGE RULES
4.1. If possible, credit me as the creator of the artwork or design.
4.2.You can't edit my artwork.
4.3. You can't profit from my artwork (selling t-shirts, cups, etc.) without previous arrangements
4.4. I can post my artwork with your characters on my social media. If you really don't want me to publish your commission, please tell me about it.
