By commissioning me or purchasing my designs, you agree to abide by my TOS, and failure to do so may result in a blacklist and/or cancellation of a commission etc. Please read through before commissioning ^o^

General Artwork + Commission TOS

➼ As of right now I don't allow commercial use for my artwork. If I draw for you (gift or commission), you may use it however you want personal use only➼ Do not repost/use my artwork unless it's for you or you have permission. You may not claim my art as your own.➼ I have the right to cancel and refund a commission if I feel I can't complete it➼ If the commission is cancelled after a sketch has been sent, you may not use the art in any way.
Please let me know if you need an extension for payment, Ghosting during payment process for longer than 72 hours may result in cancellation of the commission➼ Refunds can be made if the commission takes longer than 2 months to complete. Feel free to ask for updates at any time but please do not rush the commission➼ I do not allow my artwork to be sold as NFT or used in/associated with any type of blockchain related technology➼ I allow minor edits or filter/color changes to my art if it's made for you. You may not use my art to promote any form of hate speech.

You do not own the rights to an image you commissioned. The piece is still owned by me and I reserve all rights as the original artist + creator of the work. If you are uncomfortable with me using your commission as an example, please notify me.

Custom Design + Adoptable TOS

➼ You may not use designs that don't belong to you in any way. I don't allow copying or heavy inspiration to be taken from my designs.➼ If you want to use one of my designs for commercial usage please let me know
Note: This means gaining financially from the design somehow, such as vtuber/streaming purposes or selling keychains, stickers, etc. of the character. You can use the design for any story or personal projects without asking➼ Owner of the design may make minor edits to my art + changes to the design (clothing can be changed however drastically)➼ Owner of the design may make a closed species version➼ You can resell a design from me for more than its initial value if it has additional value added from commissions or personal art. However if you want to take money offers on a design, you can also ask me

People on this blacklist may not purchase any type of work by me. They may not own designs by me, and if they do I won't revoke ownership but highly prefer if they trade/sell the design to someone else. You can not buy work or designs on behalf of blacklisted users.
