In this Carrd, you will find my artworks along with my editing works.Hello! I'm Blackbeee/Noximilien. I am a 21-year-old artist, video editor, and streamer. I made this Carrd as a digital portfolio in a way, to keep all of my favorite works together in one place. Below I will explain the different things I do and what you can find here.Blackbeee: Used for all art related works (art accounts as well as my signature on art pieces).Noximilien: Used for everything else. Twitch, YouTube, etc. Often linked with Blackbeee.
ART
I have been drawing since I was 8 years old. I specialize in drawing animals/furries, but have started to branch out a bit more and have started to work on some more humanoid drawings (thanks Trolls). The main program I use to draw is Paint Tool SAI. I also use Clip Studio Paint for editing finished artworks. As for my drawing tablet, I use a Wacom Bamboo Create. I've had it since I was 9 and haven't upgraded since.
Videos and Editing
I'm not super special when it comes to editing, I just love doing it. I find it fun to do and I enjoy creating/editing video game content. I hope to improve my editing skills so that one day I can use my skills for something. I have also recently started to practice tweening within Premiere.
Streaming
I am also a small aspiring streamer on Twitch! I stream a variety of games, whichever game I land on for the stream depends on my mood. I have a PNG avatar named Noxi that I use to represent my stream. Her PNG was created by me. I strive to create a positive community with my chat. I want my streams to be a place for people come to when they want to have fun and chat with the community. I only want positivity in my streams, hate or anything of the sorts is NOT tolerated whatsoever. Anyone displaying this sort of behavior in the chat or even in my server will be banned. Everyone gets a warning, but if I or a mod have to keep reminding you to behave, we will NOT hesitate to time you out or ban you.

Commercial Rights:
A purchase of commercial rights will be +300% of the original price. -I have the right to refuse your commission--I will accept payment after the inital sketch is approved.-I only accept Paypal at the moment--I will draw sonas/ocs, OC x Canon, ships, gore, Furries, Trolls, Fandoms, self inserts--I will NOT draw anything offensive, hateful, nsfw, problematic, proships, etc--Give credit to me whenever you use my artwork and do not claim my art for yourself. A simple tag is okay with me--Please provide pose reference/s, text describing a pose isn't good enough for me. For humanoid commissions a pose reference is required. I just need something to help visualize what you would like, I can alter the pose from there.

The Terms of Service are subject to change, if you request my service it means that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms below.Last Update: March 13, 20241) MY ART, BY ANY MEANS; CANNOT BE RESOLD FOR ANY REASON (SELLING TO THIRD PARTIES). WHEN COMMISSIONING ME, I AM NOT WORK FOR HIRE.-
2) You CANNOT make any NFT of any kind with my work, commissioned or not. Doing so will result in a blacklist and block.-
3) Payment: After discussing the terms of the commission, I will provide a sketch. Once this sketch is approved, payment must be sent in full. I will not continue past the sketch without payment.-
4) Turnaround time: 2 weeks minimum to 2 months at max. If you are not a patient person I recommend you don’t commission me. Please give me one week before you ask for an update.-
5) Once payment has been received, you have no right to cancel or demand a refund from me under any circumstance. I am not responsible for your money management.-
6) Refunds will be sent if I have to cancel your commission. After the 2 month mark, you may request a cancellation and a refund will be granted in full. The commission will be cancelled.-
7) If a chargeback is filed against me, your commission will be retracted and will become a YCH (your character here) open to new buyers. You will also be added to the blacklist and will be forbidden from commissioning me again in the future. My blacklist will be public as a warning to others.-
8) Please provide me with a CLEAR reference sheet. If you don’t give me a clear reference sheet and I make a mistake on the design or colours, it’s not my fault. I will try my best to get it right. If your reference is traditional, please provide me with a digital colour palette.-
9) You will be blacklisted if you cause any problems. Art thefts will be auto-blacklisted. Being blacklisted means that you will be forbidden from commissioning me. My blacklist will be public.-
10) All commissions are for personal use only. This means that you CANNOT sell them in any way, use it for advertising or take credit of the artwork.-
11) If you're going to post the artwork for personal use, please credit me with a tag. Do NOT remove my watermark.-
12) I, the artist, hold the right to use your commission as an example for future work, or in advertisements.I will not claim your character(s) as my own and will credit ownership of said character(s).-
