COMMISSION INFO
TERMS OF SERVICE
Please provide a neat and clean reference sheet.Any ill behavior will not be accepted and your commission will be canceled.I have the right to refuse any commission I see fit.
Payment
All commissions must be paid upfront before work is started.I work with PayPal and PayPal only.
Process
Work in progress images will be given at the sketch stage and before the final touches are added.The turn around time for each piece is usually 4~5 weeks if I don't have a long queue.I will keep in contact if there are any delays.
Customer Satisfaction
I will do everything I can to make customers happy.
I will change and fix any issues you find in your art.
Communication
I'm regularly available between 12pm – 9pm (PST) Monday through Friday._Weekends vary. The artist will respond when they are available outside of these hours if possible.If client feedback is delayed that will in turn delay the commission.Delays may be caused by technical issues or the artist's personal life. With that in mind, understand that there will be times where responses may be delayed.
Copyright/Usage
I’m allowed to use my artwork to:
-promote myself in any place/site
-display it anywhere to my likingcommissioners are allowed to:
-use the artwork for personal use
-use art to promote themselves with proper credit
Canceling/Refunding Policy
If you need to cancel your commission and it has already been started the refund will only be 50%.If the commission has not been started you will receive a full refund.If you file a chargeback against me after the commission is finished, you will be blacklisted

-Anything Offensive or that makes the artist uncomfortable
