Hello, welcome to my portfolio. I am a digital artist who has gotten the pleasure and privilege of dabbling in many artistic mediums; photography, graphic design, cosplay/fashion, etc. My main passion is designing characters and doing illustrations of my own characters.

Please be sure to read through the entire thing thoroughly if you are planning to commission me, I want to make sure we agree on the terms and you are aware of my process. If you are filling out my commission form please be sure to add:
-"I, @/insertusername here consent to @Boo_ger's TOS." so I know you've read it.-Please know that clear communication is extremely important to me, I would like to request that you communicate any financial or artistic inquires immediately once we've began working together. (This includes payment plans, due dates, etc.)

I, BOOGER, AM ALLOWED TO:
✦ Deny a commission for whatever reason.
✦ Not refund a customer if they "don't like the commission" or change their mind about a major detail too late within the process.
✦ Take my time with a commission as long as I keep the commissioner posted. I have a Trello board dedicated to tracking the progress of commissions!
✦ Not send the commission until I get the complete payment.
✦ Use your commission as an example for other commission work.

AS A CUSTOMER, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO:✦ Send clear reference sheets!! If they are mood boards or descriptions I will probably decline the commission. UNLESS IT IS A CUSTOM!! There are exceptions to this rule but if it requires a lot of putting things together, I will be adding a design fee (this will vary based on complexity).
✦ Read the TOS and put the required "password".
✦ Send the required payments within 24 hours unless specified otherwise. Please be sure to communicate with me if you would like to pay in segments/etc.
✦ Tag/credit me in reposts of the commission! I would like to be credited for my work.
✦ Send the first half of the payment (unless specified otherwise) once a watermarked version of the first half of the process has been sent. Then pay the rest of the amount after sent a completed (watermarked) version of the commission. Typically, the halfway point is just line art, but this may vary depending on the commission.

AS A CUSTOMER, YOU ARE ALLOWED TO:
✦ Repost my work.
✦ Ask for small changes within the first couple steps of my process! Any request changes after line art (the supposed half way point), I will charge extra depending on the change.
✦ Request different file types of said commission.
✦ Give a review on the commission! If there are things you would like to see changed in my process, please feel free to leave a review on my commission sheet!
✦ Receive a refund/compensation* for my negligence. If you do not receive any further communication/updates on your commission for longer than 2 months/see no updates on Trello, I am required to refund you and send an un-watermarked version of whatever I have. You will receive the amount back you have sent to me. This is especially true for timed commission work.

AS A CUSTOMER, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO:
✦Trace my work.
✦ Claim my art as your own.
✦ Fail to pay the full amount required for longer than we agreed on. If this happens, I will be reporting/blocking you and will be making a warning/beware post.You will NOT receive the un-watermarked piece. On top of being added to my blacklist.
✦ No bargaining unless you are getting a batch and or are a repeat customer. I'm willing to lower my prices for regulars <3
✦ Repost other commissioner's commissioned work made by me. Unless given permission by said other commissioner(s)
