when you commission me, you agree to these TOS, whether you read them or not

GENERAL TOS

- i have the right to refuse or refund any commission for any reason
- blacklisted users cannot request a commission- payment up front, in full, in USD via cashapp or paypal- turnaround is anywhere from a week up to a few months- no refunds after the sketch has been completed [some exceptions]- regular updates will be given, reasonable changes can be made- my art may not be used for profit- my art may not be made into an NFT- do not remove my watermark, do not claim credit for my artwork, properly credit the artwork where it is used

DESIGN TOS

- credit me wherever the design is posted- do not resell my designs for more than their original worth if there is no additional art- do not sell / trade / gift my designs to people on my blacklist- editing my artwork is not permitted , redesigns must be done separately [i can usually make small edits on the original design if requested]- all of my designs are on toyhouse and must remain on toyhouse, do not set designs to where i cannot view their profiles [ie. if private, authorize me or provide a key]- any for-profit use is not permitted- NSFW of my designs is allowed, does not apply to FERAL characters- aside from above rules, you can generally do whatever you please with my designs, don't be weird
