Hello, I'm Felidae (or in some spaces, Nukacat). I am a free-lance digital artist and currently self-taught animation major.

I love to experiment with styles and make OCs, but I also tend to play a lot of video games and snooze.
A snake enthusiast, Male Witch, Gamer, Roleplayer, videogame graphics artist, and discord moderator-- I've got it all in one obscenely manlet sized package.

GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me in any way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.I, Bottlefelidae, am the artist. You are the commissioner or client.I. GENERAL TERMS.Please write clearly and in a respectable manner. Rude behaviour will result in your order being rejected or cancelled, and a private blacklisting.
A clear, flat coloured reference image of some kind is required in the case of general commissions. If the reference provided isn't flat coloured, it at least needs a colour palette off to the side of the piece.
If commissioning me for a custom design, some form of visual reference is still required. However, this can come in the form of moodboards or a collection of related images (bodytype, colour palettes, etc), and a written description.
Communication is imperative for your order. Please respond to questions and Work In Progress approvals in a timely manner, in order to keep on schedule. Refusal to communicate with me may result in your order being cancelled.I have the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason.II. PAYMENTAll commissions must all be paid in full upfront.
I only accept USD and payments through paypal.III. PROCESSThe work process for characters is in approximately 6 stages: rough sketch/thumbnails, clean sketch, line-art, flat colour, shading, touch ups and effects.

When a background is included, it adds 3 extra stages: Background sketch, background flat colour, and background details (shading, lighting, effects).
Work In Progress (AKA "WIP") will be given periodically, typically when I have a question or when I'm ready to move on to the next stage. I won't continue the work until the provided WIP is approved by the client, and failure to communicate will result in delays with the final product. Refusing to communicate with me may result in cancellation and a refund of your order (amount depending on stage). It is the client's responsibility to approve WIPs speak up if anything is unsatisfactory.The turn around time for commissions is typically under 3 months or less, but may be delayed by factors such as;
Lack of client communication, commission queue, complexity, or personal complications (health, work, family etc).If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified ASAP.IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONI will do everything I can to make my customers happy.
However, I do not offer revisions to line art past the sketch phase. Once the line art is completed, only markings or colours can be edited.
Any large changes (Such as an outfit change, species change, background change or anything that requires I redraw it completely.) will come with an extra charge that varies in price on a case by case basis.Make sure to be clear with your order and references to ensure satisfaction.V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYI, BottleFelidae, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the client.Therefore, I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
- Promote myself anywhere online or offline.
- Publish art books.
- Post it wherever I want.The client is allowed to;
- Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
- Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself. (You can add text to the image stating you own the character if you wish)**
- Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.**Unless the character depicted belongs to another individual or companyIf you, the client, break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the art will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright infringement:- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money off it in any way)
- Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
- Removing any watermarks/signatures or adding watermarks/signatures.
- Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.
(If you would like a version of the artwork with a more invasive watermark to prevent theft, let me know and I will make one.)A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of original price.
With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.
Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.
Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICYI have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
You cannot cancel or demand a full refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received. Partial refunds during or before the sketching phase can be discussed.
If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
You will be added to a personal blacklist, and I will warn other artists in my network not to work with you.
I also reserve all the rights to the money you have given me.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.

Adoptable and Customs T.O.S

By purchasing a custom or adopt from me, you agree to the following terms of service;-These terms are subject to change if I feel it necessary.- All General T.O.S terms and rules apply here by default. This excludes any intentionally changed terms for this specific service.- Once an adopt or custom has been completed and paid for, you are free to do what you wish with the design. It's yours! This includes redesigning it, writing with it, roleplaying with it, gifting and trading it, etc.-However, if you are reselling the adopt or custom, you must sell it for the price it was valued at upon purchase (if you do not remember, you can always contact me to ask). If you have since added things to the character, that price changes as an exception (EX: it has art, writing, etc attached to it)-The original version of the design MUST always be credited to me as the artist/designer. If you are posting on ToyHouse, credit me as BottleFelidae.
