I retain all rights over the artwork and reserve the right use it in my portfolio.

You may not claim my work as your own, redistribute it for profit or edit / alter my work without my consent.

Full credit of my artwork is required, rightfully under, brineshrimp.

The price mentioned is for personal use only.

I do not allow any of my artwork to be used for NFT or A.I purposes.

If you go against the TOS, I have the right to BLACKLIST you and inform other artists.

All prices are in USD, IDR and Ko-Fi (1 USD= Rp 14.000)

Payment is due up front. A 50% down payment is required before I start.

I accept payment via PayPal and bca, only.

i will only give refunds if I decided to cancel a commission order myself.

There are no refund after the sketch is approved.

Payment is expected within 48 hours unless discussed otherwise. Failure to pay will reopen the adopt.

Payment plans are negotiable, please inform me of the necessary details.

Auctions end 24 hour after the last bid.

In any case the design belongs to a closed species, please be mindful of its guidelines.

All adopts have a 1 week cooldown before it can be traded, gifted or resold; do not exceed the initial price without additional paid assets (eg. commissioned pieces).

If any adopt is obtained via trade, or gift, direct resell is not allowed without additional paid assets (eg. commissioned work).

You may not offer on other design if your initial offer has not been paid or completed.

All work will generally be finished within 1-4 weeks, unless stated otherwise.

I will not accept hard deadlines.

Clients will be updated on their progress or if there are any delays regarding their order.

Please keep in mind that I am a college student, my schedule may interfere with the delivery time.

I do not and cannot send physical forms of your commission.

All commissions are distributed digitally via email for best quality.

You may request for transparent version of the finished product, or other alternation.

My signature is small, and will not disturb the overall finished product.
