before buying anything from me, I would prefer you read through this entirely to ensure neither of us are misunderstood. message me anytime with questions!

Commissions

⁀➷ i will only refund if the sketch is denied, or if you back out before you confirm the sketch. after you confirm the sketch, i will not refund.
⁀➷ i will make many free-of-charge changes to the commission and will send updates on it.
⁀➷ i have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
⁀➷ you may post a commission from me anywhere as long as credit is given.

Payment

⁀➷ I accept payment through paypal.
⁀➷ payment is sent in usd and always recieved before the commission starts.
⁀➷ under no circumstance should you give out the email attached to my paypal for any reason.
⁀➷ do not bid if you cannot afford it!

Designs

⁀➷ do not heavily reference or copy my designs.
⁀➷ you may change the species, proportions, etc of the design once you buy it.
⁀➷ you may resell my designs, or give them back to me if they are not wanted (not refunded)
⁀➷ !!DO NOT USE MY FERAL DESIGNS FOR NSFW CONTENT!! DO NOT USE MY DESIGNS FOR NSFL content!!

Other

⁀➷ personal use of my commissions is encouraged, but do not mass resell my work on sites like redbubble.
⁀➷ do not enter my art into any kind of ai training program.
⁀➷ I have the right to post and/or use a paid commission in a portfolio.
