Breaking my ToS will get you Blacklisted and unable to comission me again.Payment

I- I take United States Dollars (USD $) through PaypalII- I will send you a watermarked sketch then ask for payment. If i do not recieve payment withn 48 hours, i will cancel the commission and you cannot use the sketch.
You may keep asking for WIPs and updates on the artwork after paying.III- I cannot refund a commission, i can edit or re-do the artwork if you're unsatisfied.

Recieved Artwork

I- You may do whatever you like with the art, use it in your profile, repost it, whatever your heart desires. However, my watermark may not be removed, please credit back to one of my accounts when used.
Do not use my art as NFTs.II- Do not use art I made of your characters as merchandise without my consent, you may ask about this.III- I reserve my right to refuse a commission based on any factors that may affect the productivity.IV- I will use any artwork i create as examples for my work, please notify me if you do not want this to occur.

Recieved Designs

I- You may redesign, rename, change, do whatever with a design you have bought from me, all i ask is that credit is kept to my account for its creation.II- My designs should not be used for sexual content.III- You may not sell a character for a higher price compared to the one you bought it for unless comissioned value is added.IV- My designs can be co-owned.

I May Do:

- Human/Humanoid characters
- Closed/Open Species characters
- Fandom/Media characters
- Ship artwork with fictional characters owned by you or other's with permission

I Wont Do:

- Mecha/Robot characters
- Hate Speech/Propaganda artwork
- Ship artwork with real people
- Sexual or Suggestive artwork

CUSTOMS

Customs are very flexible for me, i can base myself on anything, a word, a sentence, a color, a concept, an image, give me anything and i can work with it.
I CAN make character based character, but i will avide by certain rules to have my custom not BE the character, but resemble and be inspired by, i will be more strict with these.
Fandom designs would be acceptable aswell with less restrictions

COMPLICATED CHARACTERS

The buyer provides a character with too many, or complicated patterns, in which case i will add an extra fee for the harder work done, this can be overrided with permission to simplify the character for the sake of the commision.EXRA CHARACTERS

If no preference is mentioned, i will default to 1 or 2
