- Do not repost my art without asking me first. If I give you permission, you must credit me.
- Properly credit my Toyhouse (@moonbloom) if uploading my art on there.
- Do not sell or redistribute my art commercially without permission and proper compensation.
- Do not include my art in NFT-related products.
- I have every right to decline a commission I am uncomfortable with or do not want to do. I may or may not provide a reason for declining.
- I will provide updates when asked.
- I usually get commissions done within a few days, though they may take up to two weeks to complete. If given a specific date for it to be done by, I will try my best to get it done before then. If it takes too long, I will give you a full refund.
- Do not feed my art to AI learning machines.
Designs
- Feel free to redesign, rename, or rewrite any characters given to you.
- Trade or resell for the same price unless it has extra art.

- Do not use my designs for bigoted, illegal, or morally wrong things.
- Do not include my designs in NFT-related products.
- You may use my designs for commercial purposes with proper credit.
- If you create NSFW content [sexual, gore, nudity, drugs] with my designs, please include the proper content warnings and keep it away from minors.
- Co-owning is allowed. Do not involve me in any sort of character-related drama.

- Feel free to edit as you wish.
- You may use for adopts and custom designs.

- You may use for custom character designs or adoptables.
- Do not redistribute or repost.
- Do not post your creations without proper credit.

I accept USD payment via Cash App, PayPal, and card. I also accept simpler commissions using virtual currencies such as deviantArt points and Robux.
