My TOS
○ You May NOT use any of my work as NFTs
○ Please Credit me if using as a Pfp or if reposted
○ I have the right to decline and//or refund your commission at any time
○ If you decide you no longer want the commission up until the lining phase I will give a FULL refund
○ I will give a half refund after flat colors, but if the piece is fully or nearly completed I will decline the refund
○ Payment will be sent before I start
○ For expensive orders, payment plans can be arranged, just ask!
○ Complicated designs / requests may cause a slight upcharge.
○ Not reading the TOS does not exempt you from the rules
Design TOS
There aren't many rules for my designs, and they are fairly loose

○ Credit me for my designs! You don't have to say I made it every time you draw em' or anything just if anyone asks or on toyhouse!
○ Don't oversell them if you decide to sell (if ya got em in a trade or something you can still sell them, just try to keep their worth in mind)
○ Don't trade designs to anyone in my blacklist please! If someone's on there they are for a good reason
○ Feel free to redesign them! Just credit me as the original design creator!

Prices & Terms
Note that I will most likely have an upcharge for complicated character designs or ideas
WILL DRAW - Dragons, animal ocs, furries, pets, candy gore, gore / blood, weapons, ships, LGBTQ+
- mecha / Humans sometimes -WONT DRAW - NSFW 18+, kinks, racism, trans/homophobia, hate speechfeel free to ask about anything not stated!
Payment
I take (in order of preference) Paypal(usd), Venmo, and DA points1.00$ = 100 DA pointsI Only accept Paypal / Venmo for Sculptures & you will also have pay shipping for them.Adding a second character will add another 2/3 the original price of the commission.
