By commissioning me, you understand and agree to the following terms:
♡ Specific Requests: Please provide detailed and specific instructions for your commission.
♡ Work-in-Progress: You can request work-in-progress updates for your commission.
♡ No Tracing: Do not trace over the sketch or wip photos I provide.
♡ Payment: Payment can be made via Cashapp or PayPal & can be paid upfront or after the first sketch has been approved but is never allowed after completion.
♡ Right to Refuse: I reserve the right to decline any character or scene requests.
♡ No Refunds: All sales are final, and refunds will not be issued.
♡ Usage with Credit: You may post and use my art, as long as you provide proper credit (Discord - Catsyay2, Instagram - Catsyay2_does.art,Twitter(X) - Catsyay2doesart, Toyhouse - Catsyay2).
♡ Profile Pictures: You can use my art as your profile picture (pfp) with appropriate credit.
♡ Non-Negotiable Prices: Prices are fixed and not subject to negotiation.
♡ Quality Takes Time: Please be patient, as I prioritize quality over speed.
♡ Signature Integrity: Do not remove, edit, or crop out my signature from the artwork.
♡ Clear References: You must provide a clear and understandable reference of your character. For custom character designs, include a mood board or color palette along with details (e.g., markings and species).
♡ Possible Delays: Keep in mind that I have an life outside of the internet that may cause delays.Accepted Requests:

Not Accepted:
✘- No sexual, suggestive, or borderline NSFW content.
✘- No alcohol or drug-related art.
✘- No fetish art.
✘- Nothing related to abuse.
✘- No gore (I'm still practicing).
✘- No human characters.
Blacklisting Policy: Violating any of these terms will result in blacklisting.
