terms of service

by commissioning me, you have read and agree to all terms below

these are subject to change at any time without warning

general

i reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason
i reserve the right to post your commission to social media for promotional purposes. the client is allowed to opt-out for privacy
any commission can take anywhere from a few days to a month from payment. if I cannot complete your commission for any reason, i will communicate that to the client and give a partial refund.
please give as much detail as possible with your commission! it helps tremendously :)

file information: a .png typically sized 2x3in to start then cropped to the drawing at 300dpi - you are welcome to request different size, file type, or resolution

payment

payments can be made in USD via paypal, venmo, cashapp, or steam gift cards
when using paypal, an invoice can be requested or send through g&s - tipping to cover fees is not required.
the client can choose to pay in full at the beginning or half at the start and half at the end. the unwatermarked end product will not be delivered until full payment is received.

usage

i retain copyright to each and every image i create, unless stated otherwise.
commissions, adopted designs and custom designs by me are personal use only - discussion & additional payment is required for commercial use
under no circumstance will my artwork and designs be used for NFTs, AI, or anything related.

process

i will not take rush orders
an image reference is heavily preferred for any commission. written descriptions may have additional charges depending on complexity
i will send WIP images and update you as often as i can!
small revisions can be made with no extra cost during the sketch phase - anything afterward or dramatically different will require a fee

cancellations & refunds

cancellations and refunds are given before I start your commission
no refunds after payment is sent and I have started
partial refunds can be given at my discretion if i cannot complete your commission, but have started

will draw

original & canon characters
humans, humanoids, flat-faced anthros, ponies, furries*, ferals*,
mild gore or suggestive artwork
complex details* (+$$)
complex backgrounds* (+$$)

will not draw

extreme gore or NSFW artwork
hateful artwork of any kind
mecha characters
extremely muscular characters (think bodybuilders)
real people
anything i feel i cannot draw well due to my artstyle & talent level*

* some things I do not have as much experience drawing, but I'm willing to try! if I feel up to the task but it's a little out of my comfort zone, the commission can be slightly discounted :)
