1. GENERAL TERMS> All commissioned drawings will include a subtle and unobtrusive watermark, please do not remove this.> All prices are subject to change.> I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing.

1. PAYMENT> Main payment method is Paypal through Ko-fi.> Commissions are paid 50% upfront - 50% after sketch|theme approval, or paid 100% upfront.> Please do not send payment before reviewing my terms and discussing the art piece.

1. PROCESS AND DELIVERY> The user will be notified when the drawing is in the color|shading stage, minor edits are allowed, last minute edits such as; pose, lighting, outfit are subject to fees. So please make sure to discuss throughly with me before commencing the art. Refunds are not allowed after significant start on the art piece (colors and shading). Please think of your finnances to avoid needing a refund.> Work in progress images will include a subtle watemark.> The time it will take to finish a commission will vary by factors such as; complexity of piece, workload, family, and health. Because of this, I cannot always give an accurate date of completion. The approximate will always be 1 week - 3 months.> Upon art completion, you will receive the image in full resolution, please advise if you need other formats (PNG, JPEG, PSD) and I will arrange accordingly.

1. REVISIONS> Minor revisions are allowed, revisions that will cause me to start from scratch on certain areas will include a fee. The fee will change with the scale of the revision. This fee is waived if the changes happen during the sketching phase of the art, you will be allowed 10 revisions.> All revisions in the sketch state will include a watermark (to protect myself against users who will take the half finished work and pass it through an Ai)> To avoid a back and forth, please have clear references, and a goal if applicable. You may also allow me to have full artistic freedom with the piece.

1. REFUND | CANCELLATION> The user will not be allowed to receive a refund if there is significant progress done to the piece (colors, shading, lighting, rendering, half-done background).> If I have not made much progress in the art piece (clean lines, colors) you will receive 80% of your funds back.> Please do not request a Paypal chargeback, I will be refunding the amount personally. Users who still perform chargebacks without notice or discussion will be blacklisted publicly and in private art circles, you will lose all rights to the artpiece (revisions, progress) I have given you and will supply Paypal with evidence against the chargeback.
