✓ Do: Humans, humanoids, anthros, OCs, fanart, pokémon, suggestive art✖ Don't: fetish, offensive material, ferals (not in my skillset, I'd rather you go to another artist!), copying styles (not in my skillset)

• MAX CHARACTERS/POKEMON: 3 trainers max, 6 pokemon max
Style for these examples are outdated, end product will be more similar to my other examples.

✦ All prices are listed in USD✦ Character Limit: 4 characters per commission, except for design sheets (1 character/sheet).✦ Additional characters are 10% off each additional character (i.e. two full colored chibis are $57 rather than $60).✦ Backgrounds may come at an additional fee. $5 - $20 for simpler un-colored or minimally done backgrounds, and $15+ for more complex backgrounds.✦ Complex designs may come at an additional fee, as well as complex props or items.✦ PNGtuber prices includes commerical rights-- Please keep in mind that there is an additonal fee (50% original price for personal commissions, 85% original price for commercial commissions) for keeping a commission out of my portfolio.

By commissioning me you understand and agree to the following ...
I, as the artist ...
✧ Maintain the right to turn down any commissions for any reason.✧ Maintain the right to cancel a commission at any time with proper refund.✧ Retain all rights to my work in any form, meaning you can not claim the artwork as your own, re-sell, or make profit out of the art work.✧ Maintain the right to post commissions to my social media or use the commission process for any content (i.e. streaming) unless specified otherwise. There may be a dedicated "hush fee" for those who want the commission to stay out of my portfolio.

Payment and Refunds
✧ Payments are made via Paypal Invoice, in USD only.✧ All payments are paid upfront.✧ Your commission slot will be given up if the payment is not given within 48 hours of placing your request.✧** REFUNDS:** I will allow full refunds before I've begun work, a 40% refund before I have completed the sketch, and NO refund once I have completed and moved on from the sketching phase.

Workflow and Revisions
✧ Progress shots are available upon request. I will default send you a sketch WIP before continuing with the piece to make sure it meets your satisfaction !✧ You may ask for any large revisions during the sketching phase. You may request small edits and corrections before the line art is done, and small color corrections once the piece is in the coloring stage. Large edits and redraws will require additional charges.✧ You may check Trello for updates on where your commission is at in progress! If I can not, for any reason, complete your commission on my side, I will issue an according refund.✧ Once your commission is finished, I will send you a high quality PNG of the final image via Google Drive link or through e-mail.

What do you use to draw?
✧ I use Procreate on an 11-inch iPad Pro (3rd generation).
Do you do requests / art trades / discounts / free art?
✧ Nope, sorry.
Can I use/repost your art?
✧ For Commissioned Art: Only the commissioner has permission to use this art, with proper credit. You would have to ask the commissioner.
✧ For Non-Commissioned Art: This depends from artwork to artwork, please ask me before using any of my artwork for any reason. Any art of mine that is used requires crediting back to me.
Why are you not responding to my email/dm?
✧ Check my trello! I will update on days that I am unavailable and therefore unlikely to respond to any messages. I will respond back once I am available!
