TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me you agree to the following:
MISC INFO
- do not edit my work in anyway. if you have something that needs fixing during the commission, please bring it up with me.-do not trace or redraw my art. taking inspiration is fine, but if you are clearly tracing or referencing a bit too close you will be blocked and blacklisted.-you may repost art you have commissioned and only art you have commissioned.-my art will not be used for nfts or any other ponzi scheme.-my art will not be used to train ai. if you are caught feeding my art to any type of ai, you will be blocked and blacklisted.
PAYMENT
-Please message me to organise your commission before sending any payment.-Payments are accepted through paypal.me or via paypal invoices.-Money is in GBP (£) great british pounds. I do not take payment in USD or EUROs. all my prices are in my countries currency.
paypal can do conversions if needed.-Payment is to be made before the piece is started, however payment plans can be agreed on depending on the commission type.-Refunds are only available if the piece has not been started. Otherwise a refund will be given in accordance to how much of the art was completed.
TURNAROUNDS & WORK HOURS
-general work hours are 10am - 4pm monday to fridays.- i do not work national bank holidays [uk] or over the weekends-my holidays and scheduled time off can be found on my trello [linked on the first page of this website]-Turnaround times will vary from a few hours to a month. this is entirely based on the complexity of the piece. you can track where your commission progress is on my trello.-I can provide estimates and updates on request (within reason) and will inform you of any major delays.-These do not apply to giveaways or raffle prizes (paid art will always take priority).
DEAL breakers
-As the artist I reserve the right to refuse service at my own discretion.-Regular harassment for updates (more than once per day) will result in a warning.-you can see the progress of your commission on my trello. Please check there before asking me for updates.-Please remember that I am not a machine, and I work on multiple pieces. Overworking will result in burnout.-If you persist after further warnings, you will be blacklisted with a 50% refund given.
Subjects i avoid
There are a few subjects that i will refuse to draw:- baby furs or any kind of minors in adult situations.-pregnancy / live birth.-overly complex mechas / robots.-any kind of hate toward minorities and opressed groups.-specific kinks like scat and inflation.if you have any questions, feel free to enquire.

Price will go up with complexity.Animation for more complex things, such as walk cycles or more complex animated icons.
