Art general

The art discussed here are those made for myself and for others.
For commissioned arts/art made specifically for you, see #commission TOS.

  • Use art of my OC as profile pics

  • Repost my art with credit

  • Trace my art for private practice only

  • Imitate my artstyle for private practice and artstyle challenges

  • Steal my art and/or claim them as your own

  • Heavy reference of my artstyle

  • Trace my art and posted online without credit

  • Trace/heavily reference of my art and art style and used in commissions

  • Inappropriate usage, such as using them commercially without permission, feeding them into AI without permission

Authorization list: so far, the only person allowed to feed my arts into an AI and train a model is myself.

Character general

This category refers to characters that belongs to me

Characters and any related materials are copyrighted, inappropriate usage may led to legal problems

  • In general, fanarts/fanfics are welcomed! Please dm or tag me on my socials, I'd love to see them XD

  • Order commission of my characters

  • Draw gore and nsfw (adult OCs only)

  • Ship my OCs

  • Make headcanons of them

  • Draw them in different outfits/ genders/ as different species

  • Draw them with your OCs as long as it's not offensive

  • Heavy references/ripoffs of my OCs, especially if you are going to sell it as an adopt

  • Steal them and/or claim them as your own

  • Inappropriate usage, such as using them commercially without permission, feeding their arts into AI without permission

  • Turn my OCs into an open or close species without permission

  • Draw them in hateful and offensive contents

  • Draw them with political contents

Adopt general

This category refers to characters that are sold. Default for adoptables are for personal use, commercial usage shall be discussed otherwise, which may come with an additional price.

Do

  • Design siblings/family members of the adopt

  • Slightly or heavily redesign the adopt

  • Draw arts/get commissions for the adopt

  • Sell them at a higher price with additional arts

  • If needed, you are welcome to discuss the commercial usage of the design, even if it was bought a long time ago

An adopt comes with a reference sheet, you are free to do whatever you like with the character in terms of lore and stuffs.
Once a design is sold, I will no longer be responsible for any controversies regarding this matter afterwards.

Don't

  • Remove my credit as the designer

  • Turn my adopts into an open or close species. I will revoke the design if necessary so nah don't

  • Sell them at a higher price without any aditional arts

  • Inappropriate usage, such as using them commercially without permission

  • Keep the redesign while selling the original desgign. They must be sold all together, unless the redesign is no longer recognizable.

  • Unless they look nothing alike, families/twins/siblings of the design must be sold all together and will only be sold at the same price you bought it.

Commission general

My commissions are closed right now.
Certain Patreon/Kofi tiers get early access or discounts!

  • Use your commissioned artwork on socials and privately, such as profile pics/banners/wallpapers/toyhouse

  • If needed, you are welcome to discuss the commercial usage of the image, even if it was bought a long time ago

  • Inappropriate usage, such as using them commercially without permission

  • Claim the drawing is done by yourself or someone else

  • Do not turn them into NFT

Paid content

This refers to content in my shop such as p2u base/brush and stuffs, also contents only available for Patreon and Kofi

  • Do not share any paid content, it will result in your permanent ban on all my platforms
