I have the right to refuse any commission

You may only ask for larger corrections during the sketch-phase, smaller edits are still possible afterwards

With the exception of me forgetting a detail that was visible in the approved sketch

I work at my own speed and commissions may take multiple weeks to get completed

Only I, as the artist, am allowed to use my art for commercial pruposes. I have the right to post your commission as an example to advertise myself

You may upfront request for me to not post the artwork

You may not edit my work without may explicit approval

You may not ask another artist to finish my pieces or heavily reference it without my explicit permission!

You can post my work on Derpibooru and other sites after asking me. Always(!) mention me as the artist when doing so

I will not heavily reference or contuinue a different artists artwork unless explicit permission is given

Payment via Paypal and within 24h, unless discussed beforehand

Payment 100% upfront unless discussed beforehand

Refounds only if I can't finish your piece or you don't accept any of my sketches
