Custom character
This type of commission is a full body only.
Please be prepared on your vision of the character (ex. mood board/ pinterest board) and I'll design your character with it!

Props are additional complex elements on the character design. An example can be weapons, pets, instruments, etc. This will be priced on a case-by case basis. but base is 10 USD.
Bundle offer includes the custom character design with an additional headshot with simple background illustration.
Communication will be done via Discord. I will be DMing you if your commission is accepted, and I will send my progress from sketch -> rough colours -> final render!Upon request, simple graphics are free! (examples above)
I. Illustration
This type of commission is a fully rendered painted illustration with complex background!
Please provide a scenery in mind and I will bring it to life with your character in it!

Extra characters can be added to the illustration, with a maximum of 2 additional characters ( 3 total).

II. Surprise me!
This type of commission is a pay what you want (PWYW)!
You will get an experimental painted illustration, guaranteed within 2 months or less!
Surprise me or Skeb-style means that there will be NO communication after request is made, and I will have full creative reign afterward!

There will be no extra charges for additional characters for this type of commission! But be reasonable with your price and expectations.
NO communication will be done. I will not be sending you any progress updates aside from informing you that your commission is accepted and the final result!

Custom Chibi means I will be designing the character based on your ideas but in chibi style!

II. Animated chibi

This type of commission is full body, simple painted only! You will get the high-res version, Web-ready version, as well as both seperate frames!
Wiggle animation means expression changes and the character does not change poses.
2-frame animation means both expression and pose changes!
Communication will be done via Discord, where I will be DMing you my progress from sketch -> final render!
Terms of Service
General
My works are for private use only. Consult with me first if you plan to use it commercially.
You may ask for other art examples (ex. non-public works, specific complex bg, etc.) in case you're unsure if I can draw according to your requests! I will let you know if I have them.
I reserve the right to decline your commission, and I am not obligated to provide an explanation.
Please have your character reference or at least general visual reference ready (ex. moodboards, pinboards, etc.) when you contact me, along with what pose and/or scenery setting, extra props/characters/ other additions to the piece.
If I feel inspired to add props/detailed shots by your prompts/characters/requests, I will let you know during consultation or anytime during the sketch phase. In which, if you are okay with it, these additions will be free.
Payment via Paypal/Stripe invoice or Ko-fi in USD only.
Additional charges of minimum 5 USD apply for all revisions after sketching phase. The charges depend on complexity of the change (ex. if for illustration, a major charge will be applied when change of request is from outdoor to indoor setting, etc.) This is applicable to all types of commissions requiring communication.
Payment is to be done in full upfront for skeb-style illustration.
Payment is to be done in full after sketch is finalized. Any additional charges should be transferred before I send the high-res finalized piece. This is applicable to all types of commissions requiring communication.
Except for skeb-style Illustration (2 months deadline), there will be no due dates unless specified during the consultation. I will make sure to take an appropriate number of commissions based on my availability.
You may request a progress update anytime during the process until before I send the finalized piece. This is applicable to all types of commissions requiring communication.
I can give a full refund of any upfront payment if the commission is cancelled before I begin the sketching phase. Anytime afterward will NOT be subjected to a refund.
Please credit or link my toyhou.se when posting anywhere since I do not have other socials.
I am allowed to post the art I made for you on my socials, use them for my portfolio and as art examples for future commissions.
Custom/Adopts
My designs and art attached to them are NOT for commercial use. Please refrain from using them commercially unless I allow you to.
For adoptables: I will not accept any refunds once the character has been transferred over to you.
After purchase, you may:
Rename your character (when applicable), add more information such as character backstories, personality sheet, etc.
Tweak their design, though please keep it closely attributed to their original design.
Give away or trade your character after a 2 weeks cool-down.
Resell your character for the same price or lower, in comparison to when you purchased them. UNLESS additional art/information/extra traits/etc. are attached to your character after purchase. In this case, please be reasonable with your pricing.
Turn the character into CS or include them in other AUs.
Other Disclaimers
Ghosting or failure to pay within the agreed timeslot without prior notice will result in a temporary blacklist.
Other OFF LIMITS activities include: Feeding my art into AI, minting my art as NFTs, resubmitting my designs on th to bypass the gift/trade/sell rules, claiming my work as your own, and using my art to promote discriminatory behaviour, bigotry, hateful content, etc.
Doing ANY of the above will lead to a permanent blacklist.
