Terms of Service
By commissioning me or adopting one of my designs you are agreeing to my T.O.S!
Please ask any questions if needed, I don't mind.GENERAL ART T.O.S- USD is only accepted though Paypal & CashApp!- All art I create is for personal use. Commercial use has to be bought as an additional $10-$15 USD!- Once the sketch is approved I expect to be paid the first half for the art and then the rest once it's finished within 48 hours. Unless payment plans are discussed.- My watermark isn't allowed to be removed, once paid in full, you'll get both watermarked/unwatermarked versions!- Always credit me for my art, preferably with my Toyhou.se; Clownish- My art isn't allowed to be turned into any sort of NFT nor stolen/referenced.- I currently won't do refunds.- If there's a rushed deadline it may have an additional fee to discuss.- Whoever purchased the art may repost it, public posting of my art has to have my watermark and give credit please to avoid being stolen!- If you prefer me to not use the art I've created for you in any of my examples, please let me know!- I can cancel/refuse a commission due to your behavior or difficulty, this hasn't happened but just a warning for my boundaries!ADOPT/DESIGNS T.O.S- You cannot own my designs if you've blocked me without letting me know first! It triggers my paranoia, I'd appreciate being let know. </3- Anyone who's blacklisted cannot own my designs nor be traded to them.- Do not remove my credit or my designs off of Toyhou.se. You'll be publicly blacklisted!- Any characters that were gained from me as any sort of freebie cannot be sold for money nor profit unless they have additional artwork!- If your Toyhou.se is authorized only, I need to be authorized to be able to see my designs to make sure they aren't deleted to avoid issues! I'd appreciate it a lot.- If my designs got deleted off of TH, ownership will go back to me, as I will create a new profile for the design.- I can revoke a design if you're on my blacklist/violate my T.O.S/ or causing massive drama such as racism/homophobic/etc, I don't want my designs associated with users that do such!- Designs created from me may have subtle changes to them but nothing major from the original design!- You're free to gift/trade my designs to others as long as they're not blacklisted!DISCLAIMER
