Every designed Coelune (along with it's owner(s) & designer(s) will be listed on the masterlist located here

We must be notified of any swap/trade/gift/selling/voiding of any Coelune design

Failure to comply with the Coelune TOS can result in suspension from the community, please just use common sense and be kind.

Moderators will be unable to watch over the actions of every person within the community, please notify us if something is to come up and we happen not to catch it (further details on how to report may be viewed on our "Blacklist" tab)

You are allowed to co-own a Coelune, but to prevent troubles, it's highly suggested that you only co-own with close friends

Inform moderators if your Coelune is being co-owned so we can keep track

If there is trouble between you and a person you are co-owning a Coelune with, please solve these disputes privately, mods will not intervene in personal matters

No more than two people can co-own a single Coelune at the same time

If you wish to redesign/sell a co-owned Coelune, both parties must agree to the redesign/selling, and proof must be given

Although co-ownership is allowed, one person of the two owners must "hold" the slot and have it underneath their name due to the way our website works

A Coelune design will only be owned by you once you have paid for it!

Adopts must be paid for within 24 hours of a moderator confirming you have won them

The high quality PNG of your Coelune will be sent as soon as the designer can confirm you have paid them

You may not bid on an adoptable with an account younger than 5 months old or with no activity

Once an invoice is sent out you may not back out of the purchase. Please be 100% sure you can pay the invoice off before bidding/buying. You may not refund Coelune purchases.

Depending on the offence, failure to pay within the designated time may result in receiving a warning, ban, or even blacklisting from the species... please just pay in a timely manner!

Failure to pay for a design will cause the design to be returned up to bidding or sent to the next person in line

You may not re-offer on a design once you have failed to pay

If paying through a payment plan, the payment must be completed within one month

If paying through a payment plan, you must state as such within your buying message

Do not commission art of Coelunes that haven't been officially purchased

Please credit and link to the designer/artist when reposting artworks to sites such as Toyhou.se or RefSheet

Do not take credit for designs you have not made, no matter the form of purchase

If redesigning a bought design, you still must leave credit to the original designer somewhere on their page, even if the design is no longer in use

Do not claim Coelunes as your own, link back to our Toyhou.se world or website when applicable.

You may draw inspiration from preexisting designs, but you may not copy designs from already existing characters that you do not own (anime, TV shows, games, pre-existing Coelunes, YouTubers, other peoples' OCs, ect.)

Designs too heavily inspired by already existing characters will be denied, if a mod does not catch this but another party notifies the mod, there is the possibility you will be asked to redesign your Coelune

Do not use racist iconography (Nazi armband, rising sun, ect.) on Coelune designs

A Coelune may be voided at any time, but you must notify a staff member before officially voiding them (official/guest artist coelunes may not be voided, in the case they are held by a blacklisted user, the design will be returned back to the designer.)

It is encouraged that you redesign a Coelune once they have been voided to disconnect them from the community

Under certain circumstances, the Coelune team may void a character at a moment's notice

Use caution when designing culturally heavy Coelunes. Be mindful, especially when making a Coelune that uses imagery from outside of your own culture

Small changes (such as clothing or eye color) are okay to do without sending a notification to the Coelune team

When making larger changes than that, please notify the moderation team

Please keep the original/older designs of a Coelune somewhere that they may be accessed! Just in case you would like to trade the design

When redesigning a Coelune, you must keep at least 50% of the most latest design intact (Official coes must keep 70% of their design intact upon redesigns)

When reselling/trading a Coelune (or Coelune MYO), please ask for an appraisal beforehand

It is mandatory to update your slot tracker when selling a Coelune MYO

Reselling a gifted MYO slot is not permitted

You may only resell a MYO slot for as much as you have purchased it for

When reselling a premade Coelune (without additional art) you must resell it for the price in which it was bought for

You may not give any Coelune designs to blacklisted users

In turn, blacklisted users may not possess a Coelune, if you are in possession of one, they are automatically voided (official/guest artist coelunes may not be voided, in the case they are held by a blacklisted user, the design will be returned back to the designer.)

Official adoptables & GA adoptables have a trade cooldown of one month.

heavensins (scamming & causing member discomfort)

Rameroli (claims of problematic behavior*)

suitsu (drawing pedophillic content)

WIPMON (ableism, racism, nazi apologism, transphobia, & agefaking)

Users with a history of scamming may not be banned, however, if the staff determines a user to be a scammer in the present time, they are likely to be banned

Coelune staff will not dig into the history of users without sufficient reason to do so

Users banned from owning Coelunes will be notified at the earliest convenience by a member of the moderation team

Harassment of any kind directed towards blacklisted members is not condoned by Coelune moderators and is harshly discouraged

Coelunes are a species which should not be associated with discriminatory content (i.e. racism, homophobia, transphobia, ect.)

You may not use terms such as "loli" "shota" "trap" "femboy" or similar when describing Coelune characters

Guilting anyone in the community for MYO slots, designs, art, or anything is not allowed

Do not harass/threaten users within the community (or outside of the community) for any reason

If users are found to be doing morally unacceptable things or supporting such content (bestiality, underage NSFW, incest, "proship" content, transphobia, racism, antisemitism, ect.) they may be blacklisted from the species as a whole

It is unlikely to happen, but, should a moderator determine you are unfit for the community, you are able to be blacklisted without prior notice

Works that are considered fetishistic or kinks must not be posted in places that minors may see them, it doesn't matter how "light" the fetish, we have NSFW channels, utilize them

Though, on another note, Coelunes are not meant to be a NSFW species, please do not go overboard with NSFW content (gore and sexual works both)

Do not submit R18 works to the Coelune DA group

Do not attempt to solve Coelune issues on your own, if there is an issue which arises, notify a moderator
