RULES OF ENGAGEMENT
Be upfront and state clearly what you're looking for
I have the right to deny any sale or commission
Do not lie about your age in order to bypass my TOS
Credit me if you use my art for any projects outside of toyhou.se
Do not use my art to express values that would reflect poorly upon me (hate speech, etc.)
Do not use my commissions commercially, unless you intend to pay me extra for it
Screenshots of payment must stay between us. Sharing private information will result on blacklist or legal actions.
Do not turn any of my art into an NFT or any sort of Cryptocurrency
CHARACTER PERMISSIONS
You can change the design and add yourself as a designer if the change is significant, but do not remove my credit
Do not delete or replace the original image(s)
I will not do any edits after the character is transferred
If you intend to sell, do not overprice the character if no new art is added
You may sell the design only if you add art and also notify me that the character is no longer in your hands (the following owners do not need to do such, just the first sale)
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will ONLY be issued in the event that you:
Request the refund before I have sent you the intial sketch.
Are unsatisfied with the sketch that I send you. (In event that this happens, you are NOT allowed to keep the sketch.)
Refunds will NOT be issued in the event that you are unsatisfied with the final product. I will work with you to make sure the final product is to your liking.

Raffle characters do not have any value without additional art ($0)
Do not attempt to profit off a free character
Always DM for art trade requests
I may sometimes put art trades on hold to focus on life or other art
Any art trade pieces adds no additional value to a character ($0)
