Terms of Service

1. Payment is expected up front via the agreed upon method. At this time I do not accept payment plans, and will only accept payment half upfront and half after completion from friends or trusted individuals.2. I reserve the right to post all finished work to my gallery. If you want a piece to be unposted, or to remain unposted until a certain date please let me know ahead of time.3. Commissions are all for personal non-commercial use ONLY. You may not use completed work for merchandise or any other commercial usage. Please talk to me first if you wish to commission something commercial- there will be additional fees.4. Commissions may be reposted by the commissioner/character owner to their accounts (toyhou.se/tumblr/etc), but credit MUST be provided to me when reposting.5. Commissioner/character owner may crop commissioned pieces for use in icons/profile graphics for personal non-commercial use. Please do not edit commissions in any other way, if you need something fixed talk to me about it!6. I reserve the right to deny a commission for any reason.7. Ordered commissions may not under any circumstances be used for any projects relating to cryptocurrency or blockchain technology, including NFTs.8. Ordered commissions may not under any circumstances be used to train AI programs, or in tandem with AI programs. (ie: You may not utilize AI to 'complete' an ordered sketch, or otherwise alter commissioned work) I do not consent to any of my work being utilized with or for AI artworks or projects.

Prices are listed in USD.
Regular commissions are paid via PP.Additional payment methods may be available.

I try to work as quickly as I can on commissions, however I do suffer from depression and struggle with occasional art block.Commissions may take anywhere from a week, to a month or more for completion depending on my current queue and my depression.Please be patient with me, you WILL get your art I promise.

Commission Prices

Icons

Teeny Icon - $5
A 50x50 shaded pixel icon. You can choose bust or fullbody.
Linking icons are not available for this option!

Bust Icon - $10
A 100x100 shaded pixel icon, drawn from the neck or shoulders up.
Linking icons are +$8 per each linked character.

Small Icon - $12
A 100x100 shaded pixel icon, fullbody.
Linking icons are not available for this option.

Toony Icon - $5
A simple shaded 600x600 icon, drawn from the shoulders up.
If you need smaller icon sizes provided to you please let me know!
Linking icons are +$5 per each linked character.

Pixels

Fullbody Pixels - $15
A small fullbody pixel, usually around 150px.
Unshaded by default, add $3 for shading.
Additional characters are +$6 per character.

Pixel Portrait - $35+
120px Tall shaded portrait (usually shoulders up bust, or half-body) featuring a detailed background.
Price may increase based on the complexity of the background.
Additional characters are +$10 per character.

Non-Pixels

Headshot - $10
Add $2 for shading.
Additional characters are +$8 per character.

Fullbody - $20
Add $4 for shading.
Additional characters are +$10 per character.

Reference Sheets - $45
Comes with a single fullbody image, the reference layout and a color guide, and either one outfit or a mirrored side view to show asymmetrical markings.
Add Ons
-Custom Design +$20 to base price.
-Headshot or Accessory Highlight +$5 Each
-Extra Outfit +$8 Each for pre-existing outfits, +$12 for custom outfits or outfits based on photos/moodboards.
-Extra Fullbody +10 Each
-Misc Extras Priced on a case by case basis, talk to me about any other extras.

Minis - $6 (Head) | $10 (Full)
A simplistic stylized mini.
Additional characters are +$3 per character.

Sketches - $5
Sketches will be relatively cleaned up, but still very loose and rough.
Add +$3 for color.
Additional characters are +$3 per character.

Sketch Pages - $10 (Uncolored) | $15 (Colored)
A page containing multiple sketches. Will always contain at least 1 fullbody and 3 headshot sketches, but will often contain more, alongside mini sketches to fill space with!
Colored sketch pages will have two to three of the sketches on the page colored, some will be left uncolored!
Additional characters are +$3 (Uncolored) | +$5 (Colored) per character.
