TERMS OF SERVICE + AGREEMENT
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully.
TYPE OF COMMISSION
I only do digital art commissions. You will receive a digital file of the artwork that is suitable for printing. No physical copies of the artwork are included.
PAYMENT
All payment should be in USD via Paypal. I will send an invoice. Payment is due in full upfront for any and all commissions.

GUIDELINES
Please include visual references or a good description. The more information you can provide to me, the better I can portray your subject. I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
PROCESS
After payment is received, I will start working and send one or more initial sketches for approval. Any adjustments will be made if necessary.
I will send updates at each stage or when requested. Minor changes are possible at any stage where relevant (pose at sketch/linework stage, colors at coloring stage, etc.) but please bring up concerns as soon as you have them.
If you require a major change at an advanced stage of the process (e.g. changing pose, changing background) I will charge 25% extra.
The finished product will typically be 300 dpi, delivered in PNG file format unless you request otherwise.
I will send you a full resolution artwork upon completion.
If delays arise, you will be notified.
USE
These pieces are for personal use only. No commercial use is permitted. You may not profit from the art. You can make prints for personal use.
You may resize the artwork to create graphics (e.g. icons, wallpapers) to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot alter the artwork itself.
By commissioning me, you are purchasing my artist labor and a digital copy of your commissioned artwork. I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.
You are welcome to upload the commission to social media, as long as you give me credit for the work.
I reserve the right to reuse sketches and design elements that were rejected by the commissioner for other commissions or personal works.
REFUNDS, CANCELING
If you wish to cancel your commission during the sketch stage you will be refunded the full amount.
If you wish to cancel your commission after the sketching stage, you will receive a 50% refund.
You will receive a full refund if I am unable to finish the commission for any reason.
This document can and will be edited at any time without the need of further notice.
