Once the piece has been finished and received by the customer there are no refundsAll payments will be made through Paypal in USDThe piece will take from 2-6 weeks to finish, if there isnt word after that timeframe the commissioner holds the right to refundThe Commissioner may ask to have a rush commission done but in so will have to pay more and have to ask early in the commission processI Retain the Rights of All Creative Works to Use for Portfolio or unless stated otherwise or asked I retain the right to use commissioned material in promotional purposesUnless stated otherwise commissioners may post the art on their own accounts with credit otherwise any personal use (phone/computer background, etc) is allowedNo tracing, altering, or selling my work post commissionCommissioned work can not be used for Ai training or NFT PurposesChanges deep in the process of the commission may result in a delay of the commission being finished but no extra cost will be added
