Hey there! If you are reading this, that means you have taken interest in commissioning me now or in the future, or perhaps you were just curious! If your reason for being here is because you'd like to commission me at some point, I ask that you direct your attention to my T.O.S button just below this. It is MANDATORY that you read this before you proceed!If I find that you have NOT read my T.O.S. you will receive a warning, or even a cancellation on your commission.
TERMS OF SERVICE 2022
By commissioning me (i.e. sending me payment through Paypal), you are agreeing to the terms listed in this document. Please note that these terms of service are final and I hold all commissioners to the same standard so that both parties are treated fairly. If there is something, in the terms listed, that you would like to discuss, please message me and inquire! It is entirely up to the customer to make sure that they have read the T.O.S. COMPLETELY before commissioning. Thank you!
My work days are Tuesday to Saturday, Sundays and Mondays are reserved for breaks and personal works. However, due to my work schedule, some art orders may take longer to complete. If there is any possibility of an art order taking more than 12 weeks, the commissioner will be contacted and told ahead of time. Normally wait times do not exceed this.
General Terms and Conditions
1. I OWN the rights to MY artwork. You may not use the artwork for repeated money-gaining purposes, or vast redistribution, This ALSO includes any artwork characters designed SPECIFICALLY by me that you have purchased.2. Since I OWN the rights to my artwork, you may not trace, heavily reference, or use the artwork in ANY way other than for fursuiting, art collecting, etc. If you are confused by this rule, please contact me.3. I have the right to refuse any commission without giving a reason. This, however, rarely happens. I also reserve the right to refuse refund on a commission if line work has been completed or the piece completed. I also reserve the right to issue a refund if I feel uncomfortable in the situation, or feel as if I cannot complete your order at the given time.4. When and if you decide to commission me, I ask the you provide me a detailed reference/description of your character. If there is a specific pose or facial expression let me know that as well. If there is any other information you deem helpful please include it. Please try to have your payment READY as well. It is okay if your payment is not ready at the moment BUT please be aware that I will cancel a commission after 24 hours of no payment!! Work also will not be started til payment is made in full.5. Don't rush me, please. I try to work in the order that I receive payment for commissions, and this will vary depending on what I feel like working on THAT DAY. Usually my sketches go in the order that I receive payment. If you would like an order done quickly (rushed) please let me know right away when you place your order as there may be ADDITIONAL FEES added for rushed/express work. It can take me an estimated 3 to 12 weeks if the queue is long or there are delays due to issues on my end. I will notify buyers if the wait time will exceed 12 weeks! The time is heavily based on how many commissions I have going at the moment as well as how complicated the pieces are! School and my work schedule also play a role in this! I appreciate your patience above anything else!6. If you are commissioning me, please check my recent works to make sure you like my style, examples are provided by each commission option listed if available. Also please note my anatomy or style may change slightly with the personality of your character.7. I will draw almost everything a commissioner would like, excluding NSFW* (see #8), heavy mech, high detail scales, humans etc. Suggestive themes are a-okay for custom commissions.8. I do occasionally do NSFW. To purchase NSFW I require proof that you are over 18. NSFW options are NOT available for custom comms and are ONLY sold as YCHs. This is to ensure I am always comfortable with what I am drawing and can execute it to my best abilities!9. I will NOT draw feral nsfw/suggestive, anthro x feral, baby furs/cub fur, vore, scat, or anything that appears to be bestiality or zoophilic in appearance.10. If you do not have a reference sheet or flat colored picture of your character, I will not accept your commission. I need a proper reference in order to complete you order.11. I allow changes and adjustments to the pieces as I work on them. MAJOR CHANGES MUST BE BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION BEFORE I LINE!!! I will not do DRASTIC changes once line work is finished, unless it is because I did something on the design wrong. (i.e. forgot to add part of fur pattern, horns not curved enough etc.)12. If you are commissioning me, PLEASE make sure to check your DMs frequently. I may ask questions as to make the experience pleasurable for every parties involved.13. At the current moment I accept PAYPAL payments via Invoicing through Paypal, or I can also do Venmo or Cash app but these are not preferred. Please note that I only complete commissions upon receiving payment.14. When commissions are completed, I will contact you to let you know. All digital pieces will be emailed to you upon request. Normally files are sent as a download via a discord or trello link! IF the email you use is different then your PayPal email please let me know!15. Please do not hesitate to contact me about your commission! I offer to send update pictures of your piece whenever you ask, but please ask nicely! Do not demand things from me, be polite and we'll get along fine. Please be aware that I may not have an update picture for you everyday as I may be working on other commissions as well OR your piece may not have been started yet! You may also check my Trello Art Queue for updates as well!16. Tips are appreciated, but not necessary!
DO'S and DON'Ts
Upon receiving your commission, YOU ARE ALLOWED TO:
Upload the image to any of your art galleries of your choosing. I kindly ask that if you do so, to please credit me, by tagging my instagram or twitter @cougarcvlt
You may print out whatever work I do for you. You may hang it on your wall, show it off to friends, etc.
You may sell the work with it’s character if you are selling a design.-Upon receiving your commission, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO:
Use my artwork to gain a profit.
Sell copies of your commission, you are NOT ALLOWED to put it on a t-shirt or other product to sell.
Your commission is STRICTLY and ONLY for PERSONAL USE.
You are NOT ALLOWED to claim the work as your own (this is obvious, but needs to be stated).
You are NOT ALLOWED to trace the commission to create a 'base' for you or other people to color. They are not to be used to make bases for adoptables, etc. A commission is meant to be an original work by an artist SPECIFICALLY created for you. You are violating my terms of copyright by tracing and or referencing any piece you purchase from me.
Customer Satisfaction: [2021] If there is a problem with the commission, it is YOUR responsibility to tell me before the piece is completed! You can ask for update pictures from me!! It is YOUR duty to let me, as the artist, know everything in advance before you proceed to let me work freely. I provide work in progress photos automatically through our contact, throughout MOST OF THE PROCESS and additionals at your request. Please make sure that you are okay with MY interpretation of your character; our brains are not the same, so clarification is prudent.Additionally please be aware that I do not provide refunding after your artwork has been lined. Asking for refund after this point is a violation of my TOS. If you are commissioning me, please respect this! Failure to do so will result in blacklisting and the inability to commission me in the future.
PRICING
All art comes simple shaded! Complex paint shading is an additional charge!Examples will be added as updated versions become available, examples will always be posted with slot openings. These prices are just here so you can get an idea of what to expect!

A flat colored rendition of your character to display their design, traits, and inventory...Small Reference: $300

Design Terms of Service
DESIGN RULES:
1. ALL DESIGNS MUST GO TO SOMEONE WITH A TOYHOUSE. This is non negotiable. I will provide codes if needed. Just ask.2. DO NOT DELETE MY DESIGNS FROM TOYHOUSE. I check my transfer history regularly. If I see it, you will be notified and immediately blacklisted. NO EXCEPTIONS. This includes deleting and reuploading my designs to new profiles.3.You may not edit / alter / change adoptable art/refs drawn by me. UNLESS you receive explicit permission from me. Please feel free to dm me, I don't mind. If you do edit an adopt ref please KEEP THE ORIGINAL WITH THE DESIGN. You can hide it but it needs to be there. Additionally, if I find my art has been altered and I did not give permission you will receive a strike/warning toward blacklisting.3a. You may add additional markings, accessories, add-ons, tattoos, etc to the design. You may tweak the character’s color palette, change is acceptable. Gender changes are also fine, do what you want to make them match your story!4. You may co-own designs with another person, HOWEVER, I ask that you do NOT create additional profiles for said design.5. Please credit me for being the creator of the design, even if you have made edits or changed the original design.6. You may not make “sibling”/twin characters from one of my designs with similar aspects to sell off and keep the original. This also includes having other artists make designs off of mine and then selling one of them.7. Designs with multiple palettes can be used as multiple characters but must stay together on the same profile, be sold together, etc.RESELLING AND TRADES:
1. Feel free to resell, or trade any designs you have purchased! (You do not have to ask or notify me.)2. Do not profit off my designs, or sell the design for more than you paid unless it includes extra artwork.3. You may not sell designs by me that were received as a gift. UNLESS you have purchased additional artwork for the design, you may sell for the value = to said artwork purchased.4. You can sell traded designs for the value of what you traded for them. Do NOT abuse this.5. You may NOT add any additional rules when selling or trading one of my designs. (i.e. making someone only resell the design back to you, that they can’t do XYZ with the character, etc)5. You may NOT trade or sell one of my designs to someone who is on my blacklist. No exceptions.SALES, OTAs, & AUCTIONS:
1. Do NOT bid, or commit to buying if you cannot pay. Retracting bids/failing to make payments will lead to IMMEDIATE blacklisting.2. Payments for designs $200 and under are required all up front within 24 hours of purchase, unless otherwise noted or discussed. Payment plans for designs over $200 may be discussed and all require a down payment of $100 to secure!3. You may not bid on behalf of someone who is blacklisted, this will result in both parties being blocked and blacklisted from further auctions.4. After any charge backs, or other payment complications (that automatically refund the money to your account) I regain the rights to the design, and reserve the right to resell the design.5. Do NOT harass or bother someone who has bought a design or won an auction. If you do not win, and are caught harassing or guilting someone over my designs you will be blacklisted.
