TOS 4 designsDesigns are for personal use only, commercial use of a design received from myself is not allowed. (ask about using for streams/videos)If you make extra art for your design you may add price for reselling but only for fair amount! Basically make it what your usual commission price is worth. (gifts or trades cannot be sold at all if they do not have extra art) IF I FIND OUT you have sold a design for unfair amounts i will block and blacklist you.DO NOT edit my original artwork pls! you can change the design but not my art.DO NOT make it into a closed species. This means your own or already existing closed species.Credit me for my art when/if you reupload it anywhere.Sibling or twin designs are not allowed.
General guidelines:- By commissioning me, you are purchasing my labor only. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to: distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion. Be aware of this.- Wont draw: noncon, NSFW feral, incest, diaper/adult baby, underage characters, nazi/racist/transphobic/etc. imagery (might add more to this feel free to ask if something is a "won't")- I have troubles seeing very light pastels and very dark colors- because of this, lighting, and stylistic choices, colors may not exactly match the reference sheet provided! I will interpret your character in my style, please be familiar with it if commissioning- Do not constantly ask for updates on your commission. Please understand that i have a personal life and am not working on art 24/7. Your commission should be done within 1 months time (UNLESS we have discussed otherwise). IF IT IS NOT, i will more than likely contact you about a refund. Please wait at least 2 weeks before asking for updates.- If you would like a refund after commissioning me, that is fine. However, if you ask for a refund when i have already started, then you will only get half your payment back. This is to be fair to me for the work i've already done.- Please contact me before doing a chargeback. I am open to discussing refunds so there shouldnt be reason for one. If you chargeback without contacting me OR if you do when i have finished your art then i will blacklist and block you. You will lose any right to the commission and i may repurpose it however i see fit . (since it wasn't paid for it isn't yours)- I am free to reject your commission for any reason without explanation.- Do not ask me to lower my prices, i'm not going to haggle with you.- SAVE your commission once i have delivered it to you, if you lose it or need it later on i may no longer have it! It is not my responsibility to keep it safe for you.- I am free to alter my Terms of Service at any time.allowed as the commissioner:- Commissioners will receive a compressed image (.PNG) of any art I complete for them, not a layered document (.SAI, .PSD). Do not ask me for the SAI/PSD file. I won’t give that out.- You may post your commissioned art to personal galleries with proper credit and link back to one of my own galleries. ( However please do not repost my art to e621 (nsfw site))
